Villa holiday rentals in Sint Maarten

Oh my goodness!! Yolanda and Roy were amazing hosts and their sons were so helpful and kind. St Maarten is now my favorite place I’ve ever visited. The views are incredible, the house was the perfect size. The kitchen had everything we needed. Yolanda and Roy were downstairs and we didn’t see them unless we needed their help :) There’s a pool downstairs and all you need to do is tell them you want to use it. The shower was crispy and hot after a long day. Their home was close to everything and we never had to drive more than 20 minutes to everywhere we wanted to go. Clean home, plenty of towels, friendly neighbors. I didn’t and don’t want to leave! Thank you so so so much for making my 40th birthday so memorable and many blessings to Yolanda and Roy!

This is definitely a cozy space for two ! It didn’t even feel like an air bnb , it felt like home . And there was nothing like waking up to that view every morning . Daggi was great with coordination and being proactive . I didn’t have to worry about much of anything . And when I had questions, response time was very quick . Maps doesn’t take you directly to the property but again , the team did great with coordinating with my flight and having a driver escort us to the property . I would love to stay here again.

Stunning property, better than the pictures! Very clean, very quiet, very peaceful. Restaurants/beaches & etc no further than 15mins from the property. Angelita was very friendly and very quick to respond. She also offered a number of suggestions to party, dance, eat and shop! & even offered for us to go out with some of her friends to feel safe! That was very nice! The WiFi was GREAT. The house was equipped with items to cook & bbq. Very roomy and spacious. Please note, the ac is in the rooms only & do not leave out ANY food cause ants will get in it. We loved to night swim, but keep in mind there is bats that like to fly very close to you in the pool. Side note, the place is to yourself but there is a guardian on property and we came back home in the daytime and ran into her sweeping on the patio and that kind of scared of us cause we weren’t expecting anyone else to be there. But she’s very friendly and means no harm. I will definitely return! 10/10 around the board.

I want to start by giving a shout-out to the stellar hosts. They addressed an issue with the stove extremely promptly. After we left, Yulia notified me that I had left my headphones at the property and came to the airport to drop them off. That was truly above and beyond service and I am extremely appreciative. The property is well maintained and the view is gorgeous. The air conditioners were able to quickly cool the house when we returned from a day exploring. The driveway is a tad steep but nothing unmanageable, we were able to drive up to the apartment in a 2-wheel drive rental car. We stayed here for 10 days, half of the time working remotely and half on vacation. The wifi connection was stable and I had multiple video calls without issue. There was no dedicated work space but I used the kitchen table (and got to enjoy the view!) The only downside was another balcony located above the porch. It did not feel as private as we would have hoped. All said, we enjoyed our stay.

Sugarbird Nest was an absolutely wonderful place to stay. During our 2 week holiday Ariana was always available to offer suggestions on places to visit on the island, and restaurants to eat. We really enjoyed walking into Philipsburg and watching the cruise ships come and go. Our view of Great Bay and Divi Little Bay was wonderful. Fiona and Bobby were great animals “hosts” as well. The pictures shown are exactly like it is, and the space was bigger than we expected. There were so many great amenities. We highly recommend this Airbnb. We will be back.

The description is nothing compared to how beautiful the place and scenery truly is. Words can’t express. “GWEN IS AN ANGEL” I loved her energy. She took us on a wonderful tour around the house , gave us safety tips pointed out everything we needed to know (including the monkeys in the morning ) for the 5 days we stayed , Any concerns or issues Gwen responded and handled it quickly. The rooms were big and clean with perfect size beds. The pool was my favorite part it is absolutely amazing at night with the lights and the sunset view. The house came with everything you needed from mosquito spray to board games , cards etc. we also loved that the supermarket was just down the road. This was truly a serene comfortable and cozy house to stay in and it was everything I needed to celebrate my 40th birthday. I had such a great time I would love to come back at least once a year :)

Jolanda and Maarten were very helpful, met us af the house for check-in, explained things, and showed us around. We did have an internet issue and an air conditioning issue with one room, but they were quick to come up with a solution and attentive. The house is clean and well appointed with kitchen items. They had beer, wine, water, and soda in the fridge and that was a lovely touch after a long day of travel! There was a stack of pool/beach towels which we were thankful for. There are some spices, coffee filters, etc so that was also convenient. Beds were comfortable and rooms all provided great privacy. Bring your own soap and shampoos. Master bedroom is up a large flight of stairs, so not appropriate for someone with mobility issues. While we were close to eateries and the beach, it was just a bit too far and uphill for our group so a car was a must and used daily. It would have been nice to have beach or pool items, or board games at the house for future guests! Wonderful place!

Villa Livity was a dream! This lovely large six-bedroom vacation home was perfect for our extended family. It was quiet and clean with the bonus of a secluded pool. Isa was so easy to work with during check-in and responded to our questions within seconds. The Villa had everything we needed, including beach and pool towels, and was located only a few minutes' walk to the beach, the market and the local restaurants. Our family of 12 was very comfortable and happy and we will definitely return!

Maia’s place was absolutely stunning! From check-in to check-out our stay was a dream. We even had a slight snafu with the pack n’ play for our daughter and Cherise and the team rectified it immediately. We will back next year and we hope this unit is available for us again!!

The villa is located within walking distance to many great restaurants and a grocery store right across the street. The level of service provided by Léa and Chloe was exemplary. From pre-arrival communications to personalized recommendations for local attractions and dining, they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless. Léa was always available to assist with any request, whether it was organizing the rental car, setting up a taxi, or booking a boat for the day. Villa Mumbai surpassed all our expectations. It provided a perfect backdrop for a truly memorable vacation. We can't wait to return!

Leslie’s house is immaculate and very functional. Great AC and a lovely lap pool to keep you cool. Simpson Bay is serene and so peaceful especially at night! There was some construction happening as this is a newer area I believe- the host did inform us of that. Loved having a cleaner visit throughout the weeks stay. Overall a wonderful place to stay :) we would go back if life allows

Villa Kimon is perfect! This beautiful villa was spacious with a suite for everyone, a pool and featured an incredible view that you simply do not want to miss. Not to mention, Manoj was incredibly helpful with local recommendations and responsive to our many questions! This is an exactly what you need for your SXM holiday. Stop researching and book today!

Great space, great location, and great views! There isn't much else to say as everything was as described and Joy was a great host. We look forward to visiting again next year.

This is a fantastic property and is exactly as shown. That said, some aerial photos may show a beach just outside the property, but that beach was washed away in the hurricane a few years back. We did not miss having a beach, because the patio and pool area are fantastic- plus, Mullett Bay Beach is 5 minutes away. Cupecoy Beach, and Dany's Beach Bar, are a two minute walk from your front door. It is a very secure location, and we always felt very safe and comfortable. The security staff are very attentive and always on site. The location is perfectly situated on the island. 15 minutes to Simpson Bay. 10ish minutes to Maho Beach. 7-8 minutes to Nettle Bay. There is a well stocked grocery store just across the street along with several decent restaurants. I would suggest purchasing plastic or stainless drinkware if you want to have drinks next to the pool. The home only stocks glassware- and plenty of it. We took advantage of the provisioning service through Les Halles, and it was very nice to have our groceries all put away when we arrived. We also had our rental car delivered. Both saved a lot of time and allowed us to quickly get to fun and sun. Rayma, our housekeeper, takes exquisite care of the property. Plenty of clean towels, beautiful bedding, all immaculate. We made frequent use of the services of Axel, our concierge, whose recommendations were- without exception- spot on with our expectations. Axel has relationships established with numerous restaurants and venues throughout the island, and when he gets a table reserved for you, it will be the best. If he reserves beach chairs and a day for your, it will be the best location.

This Airbnb was beautiful ! Such a calm stay , view is beautiful everything was clean ! The pool was perfect ! I would stay here again . They provide everything you need . The host are super responsive, it was great !

The villa's location is ideal, just a stone's throw away from pristine beaches, making it easy to soak up the sun and enjoy the crystal-clear waters. A special mention must go to Davin, the property manager, who truly went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. He greeted us at the airport with a warm smile and took care of our transportation needs, providing a convenient car service that allowed us to explore the beautiful island effortlessly. The villa itself is a stunning retreat, beautifully decorated and equipped with all the amenities one could wish for. Whether lounging by the pool or enjoying a sunset from the terrace, every moment felt like a dream. We will definitely book again!

The photos don’t do justice. This home is a gem and the views of the island are stunning! Manfred and his lovely wife Julia made us feel right at home. They are right next door if you need anything they respond right away. They were kind enough to allow us to have fresh bananas from their tree. Unforgettable memories and for sure we will be booking this home again. I appreciate their hospitality A++++

From the moment we booked this Villa everything was smooth. Communication was excellent but what stood out the most was how wonderful this place was. With spectacular views and everything we needed for our stay, if you don't mind a bit of a hike, activities and restaurants were relatively close by.

We had a lovely time at Marina’s place. The panoramic view was exceptional. We enjoyed watching the boats and cruise ships go by. Sunsets were amazing right from the deck. The welcome champagne and goodies were a pleasant surprise and got our vacation off to a great start. Jael was prompt and helpful. Indigo Bay restaurant was delicious. We went there twice. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone.
