Superior: dois quartos, ambos suítes. Quatro vagas na garagem (a depender dos carros cabem cinco). A casa dispõe de internet com wi-fi, piscina com espreguiçadeiras, além de um quiosque com churrasqueira, estando situada na melhor área da praia de Serrambi!
