Hello! The house is perfect, everything matches according to the listing, rooms with a great indoor space, clean house, smelling bedding, air conditioning all working perfectly, great televisions!! Perfect house, we had a great stay, we'll definitely be back soon!!

Our stay at Paulo's house was great, the view is beautiful, the place was tidy, the kitchen was well-equipped, with new and well-maintained pots and pans. There were good towels available and everything worked perfectly. The common areas were very good, bathrooms in order, we didn't miss anything. Really a 5-star accommodation.

The house is amazing! Very well cared for, comfortable and exactly as in the pictures. The view is breathtaking and every detail has been thoughtfully designed. We had a great time here! The host was attentive and communication was always easy and fast. No doubt, a place we recommend and look forward to coming back soon!

Great stay, great privacy, place to rest. Very quiet beach, foot in the sand. For those with a pet, they felt at home. The sunrise is wonderful. I recommend the sunset on the lake of Barra. Safe place, extremely quiet. We were made to feel very welcome, house utensils all ok. we will return for sure.

The cleaning was impeccable, the house is very nice and its landscaping is beautiful! There is no price to be able to see the sunset of the home backyard. We had one of the best hosting experiences we've ever had on Airbnb. From the first contact until the check-out, everything was flawless. The place is stunning — very well maintained, with a beautifully wooded outdoor area, charming decks, artificial lakes and a breathtaking view. The location is also excellent: on one side, a short walk leads directly to the center of Rosa; on the other, a quiet trail goes around the lagoon and ends at the beach. The entire team, from reception to cleaning, was extremely attentive, polite and helpful throughout the stay. We stayed in a simple, but very comfortable and well-maintained suite. The highlight was the private jacuzzi on the balcony — a real treat after a day at the beach. I highly recommend it and I will definitely stay there again!

Delicious from home! For those who like nature, it is perfect, with lots of greenery around. By car is not far from downtown. About 15 minutes to get to the restaurants and bars. The house was very clean. I loved it and will come back more often.

The house and the place are magical. Graziela is the best possible host. Couldn't have wished. We regret and apologize for not being able to make everything as clean and organized as we usually do, but a mishap on the penultimate day made us change the plans of the last one, and to enjoy it a little bit more, we left without organizing everything as we always try to do make. We want to come back often.

My experience at Casa Lua was incredible! A wonderful view, everything very clean, new and organized! The shower is very good, the bed and bath linens are fragrant and comfortable! The house is very well equipped, with multiple cooking utensils. The kitchen space integrated with the living room allows you to admire nature at all times, a feeling of being on the beach, even at home. A safe, enclosed environment with a private patio and parking space, and beautiful landscaping to enjoy. I wish to return soon to recharge my well-being!
