I stayed at Sara’s apartment for a week and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, right on the beach and the swimming pools were a great size and well-maintained. My kids and I had a wonderful time. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and Sara was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I had an amazing stay at this apartment! The place was spotless, stylish, and had everything I needed. The bed was super comfortable, and the location was perfect, close to great restaurants, shops, and public transportation. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, always making sure I had everything I needed. I felt right at home from the moment I walked in. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay!

Som en familie på fire med to små børn var lejligheden perfekt alt var nydelig rent. Terrassen, haven og poolen blev brugt hver eneste dag. Let adgang til parkeringskælder via elevator og selve lejligheden var meget velholdt og ren. Vi havde lidt udfordringer med vaskemaskinen, men Susana både svaret for kort tid, og kom forbi og fikset problemet. Susana og hendes mand var meget imødekommende og serviceorienteret. Vi har været utrolig glade for at bruge ti dage i lejligheden, og kunne sagtens bruge flere. Vi kommer gerne igen en anden gang☀️

We can’t rate this apartment highly enough. The location is the best in Marbella just a few minutes walk to all the bars, shops and restaurants of the wonderful old town and a few steps further to the sea front. To have an apartment with designated parking and a lift in the old town is almost unheard of and access was very easy. The design of the building with the interior garden is stunning and our apartment was beautifully furnished and extremely well equipped (very high end for a holiday home). The main living area was enormous! Finally Virginia has set up a very professional operation with clear instructions and was readily available to answer questions. We know the old town very well and doubt you could find anything close to this apartment in any price range. We would definitely love to return.

Die großzügige Wohnung besticht durch eine grandiose Lage direkt am Meer. Der große Balkon mit Blick auf das Wasser ist äußerst beeindruckend und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Es ist absolut ruhig, so dass man völlig entspannt nur den Wellen lauschen kann. Zur Wohnanlage gehören drei Pools mit Blick auf das Meer und Sonnenliegen. Die Wohnung ist vollständig ausgestattet, es hat nichts gefehlt. In wenigen Minuten ist - auch zu Fuß - ein Supermarkt erreichbar. In der Nähe direkt am Strand ist eine Bar / ein Restaurant, in dem sich ausgezeichnet essen lässt. Sehr gut hat uns der ausgebaute Wanderweg entlang des Strands gefallen, auf dem man z.B. zu den Dunas de Artola laufen kann. Auch wenn das Meer Mitte April noch sehr erfrischend war, sind wir gerne immer wieder kurz zum Baden gegangen. Wir haben die Wohnung auch zu tollen Ausflügen nach Malaga, Sevilla, Mijas und dem Caminito del Rey genutzt. Es war ein sehr gelungener Urlaub.

Meget pen og moderne leilighet! Vi manglet ingenting. Eneste lille klagen er at svømmebassenget er rett utenfor verandaen. Det var fullt i bassenget fra morgen til sen kveld med høylytte lekende barn. Vi skulle gjerne ønsket at leiligheten vendte mot sjøen istedenfor. Fantastisk service fra Ivan under hele oppholdet. Han svarte alltid raskt på våre spørsmål. Den dagen vi skulle dra startet ikke leiebilen vår, men heldigvis kom Ivan i løpet av få minutter med startkabler, og vi rakk heldigvis flyet hjem.

Thank you for a lovely stay. A warm welcome and a spotless & superbly equipped apartment. Excellent shower, washer dryer, hairdryer and comfortable bed. The views were lovely and perched right on the beach front with the boardwalk right there. Perfect for our long weekend escape. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Logement magnifique et plus que fidèle aux photos. Un séjour parfait où l’on arrive à se déconnecter totalement. L’hôte était plus qu’accueillante, elle est très bienveillante !! Je recommande à 1000%

The place and surrounding area was awesome. Jordan was very responsive and accommodating. Place close to nice restaurants and stores.

Un petit havre de paix idéale pour ceux qui cherchent le calme. Logement propre et fidèle aux photos. Il faut absolument être motorisé pour pouvoir y séjourner tranquillement.

Sigrun ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Sie war immer erreichbar und hat uns sehr genaue Informationen zum Check-In und zum Parken gegeben. Zur Begrüßung gab es Obst und Getränke. Die Wohnung verfügt über Klimaanlagen im Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer, welche einwandfrei funktionierten. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Einziges Makel waren viele Hunde in der direkten Nachbarschaft, welche auch Nachts mal bellten. Der Strand ist in 10min fußläufig erreichbar. Nach Malaga City benötigt man ca. 35 min mit dem Auto. Ein Supermarkt ist ebenfalls fußläufig nach 10min erreichbar.

Amazing place and amazing host. He responded to any messages we had very fast every time and even gave us some local recommendations. Great area surrounding the place with the beach a short walk away. The only downside is the pool was only open fri/sat/sun and the small pool wasn’t open but the beach was close enough for it to not bother us

The apartment - a very spacious and well presented space. Beautifully decorated and well equipped. The bedrooms were spacious, comfortable and had perfect black out shutters allowing a great nights sleep. The kitchen and dining area was immaculately presented, everything you could need for a stay. The building - unbelievable sliding doors/windows surround the apartment offering the most amazing views of the beach and sea. The breeze this offers is great and you can also take in the atmosphere from the beach. The second floor views make you feel like you are in a penthouse due to the cliff edge you are on. The private lift down to the beach is a really nice option and add to the charm of the hotel. Also the poolside bar/restaurant and 24 hour reception is a nice addition, with all staff being very welcoming and friendly. The host - Katrien could not have been more helpful and available. We had no issues with our stay whatsoever and would stay again certainly. 10/10

Great location that is very peaceful and feels like home. The description of the property is exactly as listed. There are lots of restaurants and shopping within a quick drive. We felt right at home and will definitely return.

Wonderful little apartment: beautiful terrace, lovely furnishings and fantastic location. The beds are super comfortable (even the bunk- beds!) and the heater on the terrace is much appreciated for breakfast. Lots of lush vegetation and flowers all around and the pools nicely heated. The parking is an added bonus and super easy. The bike rental located right beside is convenient (30 euros per bike for 24hrs). Beach is great too! All in all, a memorable stay and great communication throughout.

The apartment is located in a wonderful neighborhood — peaceful, beautiful, and very convenient. The terrace is absolutely amazing, a perfect spot to relax or enjoy a meal. The internet connection is excellent, which made it easy to work remotely without any issues. Out of all the places we’ve stayed, this was by far the most comfortable. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need for a pleasant stay. We happened to be there during a major power outage across Spain, but even that didn’t cause any problems. The host provided candles, and all the local cafes were open, so the atmosphere stayed cozy and enjoyable. I highly recommend this apartment — it’s clear the host put a lot of care and thought into creating a great space.

We really enjoyed our stay at James’ apartment, well equipped kitchen and super clean throughout. Set in a quiet location, overlooking a lovely pool, car hire is a must unless you love lots of walking. James was an excellent host who responded quickly to any communications I sent, he also agreed a later check out as we had an evening flight, this was really helpful. Just a couple of little comments-the listing stated soap/shampoo/shower gel was provided however none was available, personally the only thing I would have expected was hand soap in the bathrooms but some visitors may not have bought their own because of the listing. Also, we had hoped to use the bbq because it was in the listing-sadly there was no gas and this was not resolved whilst we were there. Would we stay in James’ apartment again, absolutely yes and I would recommend to family and friends wanting to visit this part of Spain :)
