We loved staying at this place, but mostly we appreciated the new friendship with Dina which was a lovely person to speak and have beautiful realtions with. I 100% reccomend and will definitely be coming back in the near future, without a doubt.

Не ошибусь если скажу что это одно из лучших локаций в городе. с одной стороны очень близко к центру, но с другой очень тихо. Дом расположен внизу, соответственно не нужно постоянно ходить вверх и вниз. Очень рядом пляж, супермаркет, рестораны. Отдельного внимания заслуживают вид с балкона и жувущий рядом павлин :) Хозяин очень дружелюбный и гостеприимный. Очень рекомендую!

We had an amazing time at Kosta’s apartment! The view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking ,waking up to the sound of the waves was unforgettable. The apartment is modern yet keeps the authentic Greek charm, which made our stay feel both comfortable and unique. Kosta was very responsive and helpful, and his family are incredibly kind and polite ,it made the whole experience even more special. The apartment was spotless, and you can literally swim right in front of it. There’s also a beach bar and several food options just 5–10 minutes away. Everything was exactly like in the pictures, if not better. We couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended – 100%! Thank you, Kosta, for everything!

Die Unterkunft war wunderschön. Die Lage war top. Es war sehr sauber und wir hatten wirklich alles in der Unterkunft, was man braucht. Selbst Gewürze und Öl. Wasserkocher, Toaster, etc. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!

This is one of the best places we have stayed. The apartment is well designed with modern furniture inside, a comfortable bed and lots of crockery and kitchen utensils. The outside balcony and the views from inside are stunning. We will miss waking up and looking at the view from bed!! It is a quiet area so sleeping at night is a dream. Parking is easy and the town offers lots of shops and restaurants. It is an easy walk into town and along to the next bay for even more choice of restaurants. If you have a car it is worth driving over to the other side of the peninsula for a range of different coves and beaches. Getting into the apartment is really easy with an electronic keypad on the door handle. Vagelis gave excellent information and was easy to contact. There is always hot water and the shower is modern and powerful. The washing machine also works well. We would highly recommend this apartment for anyone who wants to explore the area.

Had great time at this apartment. Instructions on how to get inside were clear. The place is clean and looks just like the photos. Apartment is located right at the center of Pefkochori, but because of its placement it’s still very quiet and relaxing. It takes you two-three minutes to get to the comfortable beach. Restaurants around are great and the guide that host gave us was helpful. Communication with host was easy, friendly, they responded quickly and with care. I would definitely recommend it.

The location is great, easy to find, and around you can find absolutely everything you need. Flexible check in and Nadia was very nice to help us with everything we needed. The apartment is comfortable and the view from the terrace is absolutely wonderful. For those who have a more sensitive sleep, right next door is a bar where you can hear music until the night, but for us it wasn’t a problem. Highly recommend! 🩵

Here’s what I will write as a review: The apartment was very nice with direct access to the beach. Our host was very kind and his assistance was invaluable. The location was great and we liked having a kitchen and a washing machine. Overall great place to stay.

This place truly touched my heart. The sea view from the bed is magical — you fall asleep to the sound of waves. The apartment is clean, cozy, and well-located. The host was incredibly kind and always ready to help. We stayed during apricot season — what a treat! You can even buy fresh fish from local fishermen each morning. A perfect, peaceful stay — thank you for the beautiful memories! Це місце залишило слід у моєму серці. З ліжка видно море, засинаєш під шум хвиль. Чисті, затишні апартаменти в зручному місці. Господар дуже гостинний і завжди готовий допомогти. Ми були в сезон абрикосів — це було щось неймовірне! Щоранку можна купити свіжу рибу від місцевих рибалок. Ідеальний, спокійний відпочинок — дякуємо за чудові враження!

Wir hatten leider nur 3 Tage Zeit und wollten vor allem Kassandra und Sithonia erkunden. Hierfür war die Lage der Unterkunft ideal. Die Matratzen waren schön hart, so wie wir es lieben. Die Nächte waren himmlisch leise (aber man darf sich am Kühlschrank im Raum nicht stören). Das Bad ist geräumig und sauber. Wir waren viel unterwegs und haben die Küche nicht benutzt. Leider auch nicht den Balkon., von dem aus man wunderschön auf Olivenbäume schaut. Parkplätze gibt es direkt vor der Wohnanlage. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

An extremely friendly host. The home looks and smells good. It is close to the beach and restaurants. It is in the quiet area of ​​the island. If you want agitation, it's not the right place for you. Instead, if you want peace and ov the beautiful area, here is the place.

Our visit to Nikolaos’ s place was wonderful. The room was exactly like in the pictures and I can say more stylish in reality. The check-in was easy for us and we had all the instructions needed. The place was fully equipped with all the necessities and it has a very comfortable bed. Everything was clean and tidy. We had sufficient space for everything. Our experience was amazing because of the host as well. He is very helpful, friendly, respectful and responsive. Thank you for all your help when my boyfriend got in problems and thank you for this amazing experience. Definitely recommend going there, 5 star review. I can’t wait the next vacation.

An exceptionally pleasant stay! The accommodation was spotless – equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The apartment is clean, spacious, and well-arranged, with a beautiful terrace and view. The location is excellent – just a 2-minute walk from the beach. Un loc ideal de relaxare, cu gazde primitoare, o locație liniștită, confortabilă și intimă, cu posibilitatea alegerii mai multor moduri plăcute de petrecere a timpului: în apropiere se află o frumoasă plajă sălbatică, iar la o plimbare de circa 5 minute sunt numeroase restaurante și baruri cu zona de plajă impecabil amenajată. Un loc minunat și o locație excelentă în care cu siguranță vom reveni în anul viitor. Mulțumim, Antonis!

Everything was great! The host Lena was very kind and gave us directions! If you want relaxation and peace this is the right place. The yard is huge and well maintained. My children were fascinated!

Particularitatea a fost cazarea la trecerea dintre ani. Am cautat un loc langa mare, cu semineu, pentru a ma simti ca acasa. Pentru asteptarile mele a fost fix ce cautam. Cred ca si vara e un loc placut. Cu gazda am comunicat foarte bine, mi-a pus lemne la dispozitie, nu cred ca o sa aveti nevoie de asta vara :) Vizitez frecvent cazari cu seminee si stiu ca proprietarii ofera doar cateva lemne, pentru atmosfera. Aici nu a fost cazul. Oricum am avut un sac cu lemne in portbagaj, aduse din Romania :)) Locuinta e bine dotata, locul e primitor, mult lemn si piatra. Pentru noi a fost o experienta placuta.

Yorgos was the best host I have ever had. He made us feel immediately like a part of family. He bought a milk for us an evening before we arrived and placed it in the fridge, as our son can’t fall asleep without the milk. Next day he invited us to his house (which is right downstairs) and introduced us to his family and invited us to cook and eat pizza with them. On the beach he gave us the big sun umbrella for free, and brought our kids for a tour in his coolest boat! He treated us with ice cream and local olives! His family is very lovely and they all speak great English. I feel like going there next summer again! Thank you Yorgos and the family, we felt very happy and at home during our summer holidays! 😇🙏🏻🥰

Nice and clean apartment with air conditioner in every room and enough space for up to 5 persons. Big jacuzzi in the balcony - perfect for the hot weather. Apartment close to the beach and restaurants with very delicious food. Would recommend to others.

Престоя ни беше приятен. Домакина ни посрещна, деня преди настаняване ни изпрати много информация за по-бърз достъп до локацията ,за добри ресторанти,забележителности и локации за плаж. Престоя ни беше спокоен, апартамента отговаряше напълно на описанията и пространството ни беше достатъчно за голямата ни компания..

great place received upgraded room by host. fantastic pool with whirlpool option! nice sunbeds, nice olive garden super cute bar at the pool with vending machines with coffee, drinks, water. spacious rooms with big bathroom, nice kitchen with everything you need at hand. pool and garden very cosy at night with nice lighting. near restaurants and shops. very kind and communicative host. very clean accomodation!
