I thank my brother Nabil for the good reception, smile, clean accommodation and the air-conditioned master room. I spent 6 days in this accommodation and I will book again when I visit Rabat. The neighborhood is quiet and has all the facilities from Morjan Hypermarket, which is about a five-minute walk away. There is a small Carrefour, restaurants, cafes, laundry, banks and much more. etc. Thank you, brother Nabil

Impeccable apartment, namely well-equipped kitchen, two large comfortably furnished living rooms, one of which has a large screen, well-appointed sofa area in front of a second screen. Two well-equipped bathrooms with plenty of hot water. Uninterrupted WiFi... Neighborhood is very quiet. Friendly and very helpful owner. In short, no complaints. I highly recommend it. We were satisfied with Ali's accommodation. Particularly commendable: he was always easy to reach and responded very quickly and kindly :) The apartment was clean and looks like the photos, only the kitchen was not too well cleaned (sticky cabinet doors, etc.). It was a bit difficult for us to find the apartment despite coordinates (you are guided into a parking lot, but you have to follow the street around the curve!) and there was not much to reach on foot in the area (at least 2km away), with a car it would certainly be easier to get to cafés / restaurants etc. Otherwise, the residential complex and area make a safe impression and we felt comfortable :)

Beautiful apartment. The decoration and forniture are very modern and confy. Mohammed amine is a perfect example of a kind helpful and welcoming host. I will never hesitate to book it again. I really recommend it. It’s really hard to find nowadays this kind of appart sincerely.

Well-equipped apartment and very well located in a popular and safe neighborhood. Restaurants and shops 2 min walk. The cleanliness is impeccable, the description corresponds totally to the accommodation. We will return without hesitation for our next visit to Rabat.

I had a great stay at Zakaria’s apartment! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Zakaria was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay — he replied quickly to all my questions, which made everything smooth and easy. I also really appreciated the flexibility, as he kindly allowed me to check out two hours later than the scheduled time. Thank you again, Zakaria! Highly recommended!

Mamoun was a wonderful host. His apartment is as pictured and described. Although main tourist attractions are around a 20 minute drive, it was well worth it for us. The apartment was well equipped with basics, including a water kettle and coffee machine. and to all the arabic out there - one of the bathrooms comes with a shattaf!

We stayed at this accommodation. Everything was perfectly as described, or even better! The place is clean, well decorated, and very well located. The host was extremely responsive, warm and caring, which really made a difference. I recommend 100% and will not hesitate to come back the next time I visit!

A wonderful new apartment in Hay Riad that looks exactly as depicted in the photos. Zainab was a friendly and accommodating host and her flexibility with both check-in and check-out was greatly appreciated. The apartment is spacious and has everything needed for short or long stays. Khalid is a great host and responds almost immediately! The place is very big and also very clean. I would recommend this place to anybody visiting Rabat and I will certainly be back again.
