Bathroom with window and glass ceiling to the forest. Large deck and patio with fire pit/ grill. Chapelco ski 7km away with 4x4.

The neighborhood has its own equipment to ensure the roads are passable in winter season, but given the height at which La Casa de Juan is located, it is important to have a 4x4 vehicle and snow chains.
