The upper apartment includes a separate entrance, two luxurious bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony overlooking the nature reserve and the sea. The house is located in a lush area with stunning views just 5 minutes by car from Skiathos Town. The house is divided into two levels. Downstairs there is a spacious living room and dining room, a large kitchen and a comfortable bathroom. From here there is access to the terrace which has a dining table and magnificent views. On the upper level there are two bedrooms and a toilet. Outside there is a large garden with parking space, barbecue and rest areas. There is no public transport.
