Detached house on a farm 8 km from the centre of Falkenberg. Approximately 300 m to the beach, 1 km to Grimsholmens Nature Reserve, Kattegattsleden outside the junction. In the large room there is a kitchen area with a dishwasher. There are two single beds placed. One half staircase up there are two beds. Downstairs bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine and iron. Two patios with a smaller respectively a larger garden furniture. Mattress, duvet and pillow are available for the beds. Bed sheets and towels are provided by the guest.

Here you are close to Gothenburg (about 50 km) Kungsbacka(about 25 km) Varberg (20 km), Ullared-Gekås (about 57 km) 4 beds, 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, tv, wifi. There is a sofa bed that sleeps 2 people, fully equipped kitchen, toilet and shower as well as TV. The patio boasts a glorious sea view with wonderful sunsets. The cabin is smoke-free and pet-free. If you are a kitesurfer, wind wave or SUPare, the location is perfect as you are down on the beach in less than a minute. The final cleaning is carried out by the tenant unless otherwise agreed.

The cottage is secluded on a property with sea view and sun deck. Within five minutes walking distance, there are lovely swimming areas along beaches or cliffs.
