Unit rental comes with a wifi (25 mbps), tv with netflix, home theater (sound bar), aircon, basic amenities (beddings, towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothpaste, toothbrush, lotion, slippers), shower water heater and free parking space near the main lobby entrance. Maximum nr of guests allowed is 4 including infants.

The living area features a comfortable sofa and a modern coffee table, complemented by a dining space for six. Large glass doors offer natural light and lead to an outdoor balcony with scenic views. A flat-screen TV is mounted on the wall.
