This place exceeded our expectations in every way. The highlight was definitely the porch – we spent hours there listening to the birds singing and the gentle sound of the creek. It’s incredibly peaceful and restorative. The space itself is beautifully designed with clean Scandinavian aesthetics that feel both modern and cozy. Everything was immaculately clean, and we loved the thoughtful touches like the small collection of books that made it feel like a home away from home. The location is perfect for nature lovers. There’s a short walk to a creekside trail that’s accessible for all fitness levels – we enjoyed it multiple times during our stay. Our host provided excellent local recommendations that really enhanced our visit. Having the diner downstairs was such a convenience and made our mornings effortless. Great food and no need to venture far for a delicious breakfast. Our host was responsive and clearly cares about providing a top-notch experience.

Larry and Lana were perfect hosts. Very welcoming and helpful with local advice. There's a lovely walk around their property- just under half a mile so great to stretch early morning legs.

My girlfriend and I loved staying at Fabrice's place! He was an excellent host with prompt communication. Great location. Very clean and beautiful furniture. Comfortable bed. Everything we could have asked for and would highly recommend.

Such a fantastic stay right in the heart of Kingston! This apartment was exactly as described and incredibly clean. Easy to get to everything in and around Kingston. Tara was a responsive host with clear instructions on how to check in/check out.

within reach was just perfect for my quick trip to the catskills for a special event. I loved the downtown location. parking was available right out front, and lockbox/key access was easy. the place was set up very well, with everything I needed. I really liked the aesthetic, and the streamlined decor. the street out front was lively at night, but the bedroom was very quiet. I had an ideal and very enjoyable stay.

Wonderful place. On Warren, there’s gallery, and next to it, doors. You enter on floor 1 of a townhouse, dark wood banisters, lovely, decor and art…you head up two flights of stairs passing charming accessories. Top of the stairs, 2 doors - one to the bowler and another to the top hat I believe. enter the bowler and you’re wowed. it’s high ceilings, lovely creaking floors. glorious top floor of a townhouse feeling. spacious. even more than the pics suggest.

Nick's home is charming and exactly what our family was looking for. Great location too!

Elizabeth’s cottage is the perfect home base to explore everything in the Catskills, especially many of the hiking trails. The Urban Cowboy Lodge is essentially next door and offers a great restaurant for dinner and drinks without having to travel into one of the nearby towns. The cottage is also really a unique space with an eclectic mid-century vibe. Definitely will stay here again.

Even though the house is by the road, the backyard is serene and peaceful. It was wonderful to sit by the fire pit and make use of the grill in the evening. The house has everything you need and plenty of space. The dining table is in the entrance/hallway, which doesn’t feel ideal.

Excellent location with private pond. This home was truly built for a family gathering. Wonderful entertaining spaces, large fireplace with an expansive kitchen to cook in. There is a large game room with board games to suite all ages, billiards, croquet, and a small row boat for fun.

Shane’s house was perfect for our getaway and he was very easy to reach if anything was needed.

This was the most beautiful and comfortable place my wife and I have ever stayed! It is so lovely and right across the street from literal rapids so you can hear them all night if you leave the windows cracked :) The hosts were very helpful and communicative, the house was just as described, and the location was perfect for us! Not too far from hudson but so close to trails for biking :) Definitely would recommend!!

Lawrence and Ilze are great hosts! They actually just live next to the house and they own a farm. We took our kid to visit their farms with lots of beautiful chickens and roosters. My son even has a chance to feed the chickens. We will definitely come back!

Adrian’s place was absolutely lovely. It’s beautiful, peaceful, and easy to relax into. The new “hedge” separating the driveway and the side yard is lovely. Having nature all around is gorgeous and restorative. We’ll definitely return!

This condo is absolutely beautiful and comfy! We especially love the bed and pillows.

Luiza was a wonderful host. She provided detailed check in and out instructions, as well as local recommendations for our stay. Her place was exactly as pictured and cleaned wonderfully for our arrival. We hope to be back for another ski trip!

Lubov was flexible and easy to speak to. The place was so comfy, had a lot of amenities and items for the kitchen (laundry use, pots/pans, toaster, etc). It was a perfect place to relax and get away from the city.

5 stars, 5 stars, 5 stars!! I would just like to say I’ve stayed in many Air B&Bs before, and this one is by far one of my favorites. The hosts are absolutely amazing. They are proactive in responding and really want you be be comfortable and making sure you have no issues. The price was 100% worth it. I love that they included board games as a part of the space, such a nice touch. The bathrooms and bedrooms were also so clean, and we enjoyed our stay. You can really tell the hosts put a lot of love and care into this place. I can’t say enough good things about them!

Gerry’s place was a great, quiet stay for us. Close by to Kaaterskill and many other Catskill mountain attractions. Gerry was great at communicating and went out of his way to be helpful with our checkout procedures. I would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay! The home was exactly as pictured. The location was perfect—just a 30 min drive to Kaaterskill Falls and 5 mins to the local restaurants, but tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet. Michael was responsive and made check-in a breeze. We especially loved the beautiful views from the hot tub and how comfortable the space felt after a day of hiking and exploring. The sauna was a great surprise! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful escape to the Catskills. We’d absolutely stay again!

This condo fit our needs perfectly. The walk to the mountain seemed further than it was good value sauna was a nice touch would stay again
