the house is clean, comfortable and very aesthetic.. there is an assistant who lives on site but is separated from the house so it is very helpful if there is any need and at any time.. there was an incident that can't enter the house because we don't know about the smart lock door even though it has been explained verbal scr at check in.. maybe as input for instructions and information about the smart lock door can be printed and put in the room so there is no instruction forgotten or missed.. overall it was a pleasant stay.. thank you..

Very nice, peaceful place in the countryside. Loved going for runs among the rice paddies with views of Mount Merapi. A little oasis outside of Jogja. Loved the architecture of wood and brick; rustic, but not run down. The service from the caretaker was excellent. He was always responsive when we needed anything, helpful with our luggage & opening the gate. The smell from the moth balls could be overwhelming. There are two mosques that are very close, but everything can't be perfect. Location convenient for going into town or north to Borobudur or other countryside attractions.

Great accommodation, very cozy and authentic! Lovely swimming pool, kitchen has everything you need. Hostess was very helpful and kind!

An extremely great villa, with peaceful garden, flowing rivers and waterfalls view. There are two great houses in the villa, both of them are warm and with local features. You can enjoy great time in this villa, doing yoga on the platform beside the river, setting on the sofa inside the yard, and partying with friends in the cozy living room. It is a beautiful, peaceful and mindful stay. The housekeepers are warm to welcome us. It is an unforgettable experience for the accommodation with Winda’s house and it can become the reason for next time visit to Yogyakarta again in the future.

Lamps may be have to change to LED white/cool daylight, especially need more lighting in livingroom, bedroom & shower room.

Overall, I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect—close to everything I needed—and the host was very responsive and friendly. The place itself has a lot of potential: cozy atmosphere, good amenities, and comfortable furniture. However, I do feel that cleanliness could be improved a bit, especially in the bathroom and kitchen area. With just a little more attention to detail in cleaning, this place would easily be a five-star stay. Thank you for the hospitality!

This is such a great place to stay and explore Yogyakarta from!!!! Perfect private spacious haven perfect for couples! We had such a great stay. The local mosque call to prayer didn’t bother us at all, felt very much a part of the experience and vibe. Will definitely stay again when come back!!!:)

Ulfa was a great host! Very helpful and responsive. And very attentive to our needs. Even did laundry for us even though it was not part of the services provided 👍 And my kids loved spending time with her. We had a fantastic stay at Maarten’s villa. The location, situated nearly 700 meters above sea level, offers a refreshing natural atmosphere and easy access to popular attractions in Kaliurang. It’s also conveniently located along the Kaliurang jeep tour route, making it an excellent choice for travelers looking to explore the area. The staff at the property were exceptionally friendly and helpful, ensuring we had a comfortable stay. The cool mountain air was especially enjoyable, particularly when it rained. However, during hot weather, the rooms on the second floor felt quite warm as the villa is not equipped with air conditioning. Despite this, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the villa and would love to return in the future. Highly recommended for those seeking a peaceful and scenic retreat!

A comfortable villa like at home, clean, only if you can advise the swimming pool should not have too much chlorine. but overall this is an ok villa

This villa is great for traveller who want to escape from busy city life. Its very calm and natural. You can see great scenery of merapi mountain from the villa. The hospitality from nino's family is the best, thank you for welcoming us. They give us voucher for the next stay. Hope we can meet again someday.

Absolutely amazing stay! I had an incredibly satisfying experience at this villa. The service friendly, and helpful staff (there were 4 people who took great care of us). The entire place was spotlessly clean, with daily room cleaning. Each bedroom had its own private bathroom and even a personal fridge, which was super convenient. The air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the rooms cool and comfortable. We also got free snacks and drinks, which was a lovely touch. The villa has a very spacious parking area, and the swimming pool was not only big but also aesthetic. One of the best parts was the chill-out area upstairs with a direct view of Mount Merapi, absolutely breathtaking! Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again!
