Holiday rentals with breakfast in Sligo

Our family of 5 adults enjoyed our stay at Mary and Ray's home. Each of our 4 rooms had an ensuite bathroom, and the home was equipped with heated floors on the lower level, as well as a wood stove, gas fireplace, and dimmable lights for a cozy evening ambiance. The home has many personal touches like motion sensor night lights in the entrance, staircase, and bedrooms, as well as a display of various family members' drawings and paintings. The view of the lake is amazing. There are many lovely restaurants in the area, including a reservation-only prix-fixe restaurant serving venison and partridge. This is a European home, and we were surprised to see a few added luxuries like a few screened windows as well as a tumble dryer (to soften line-dried clothes). Mary and Ray were incredibly responsive and hospitable to us throughout our stay.

We had a lovely stay in Maureen’s house in Letterkenny. We stayed for a family wedding as we needed a base with a kitchen & amenities for our 3 month old. Maureen is kind, friendly, helpful and a pleasure to communicate with. She met us with flexibility on check in as you never know how long you’ll be with a baby which was really appreciated. The house is lovely, good location to letterkenny Main Street, we walked for our breakfast and dinner and appreciated Maureen’s suggestions locally too. We will certainly stay again when back in Donegal and thank you Maureen for a lovely stay x

Absolute gem. We were travelling between cities for work and we used the bungalow as a stop over. 15 mins tops to Enniskillen. Thank you guys - we’ll be back

It was a great place to stay with plenty to do and if you’re going for parkrun tourism, the start line is right around the corner. I couldn’t recommend it more

It was the most relaxing, laid back holiday, The Old Rectory had a certain charm about it, homely and interesting. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. We felt a sense of peace and creativity there. Roisin was most helpful and informative, a lovely lady, and it was good to meet the rest of the family - Mick and Matiu, great people too. It was nice to feel part of the place, if only for a week. Westport was close by and we saw some good musicians there, also scenic drives and wonderful beaches in the area.

Fantastic location just a short walk away from the centre but in a quiet location. Having designated parking space was a real bonus. Comfortable lounge and large kitchen with provisions. Two bathrooms and a downstairs toilet were a great bonuses. Would certainly recommend it for a base to explore beautiful Westport and the surrounding area.

Excellent rooms and location

The apartment has a wonderful view of the river and city. We walked across the bridge to the city. The apartment was very clean and Nigel provided provisions for breakfast.

Catherine’s Hidden Gem was a wonderful refuge on our road trip around Ireland. So beautifully created, and thoughtfully presented, cosy and delightful. Every amenity provided for our comfort. Great coffee, well stocked fridge, comfy beds, angel lights to guide us home, maps and even a chocolate by the bedside table. Five star accommodation. Catherine was the most amazing host and helped us with her local knowledge, advice and cosmic personality. We didn’t want to leave. Thank you Catherine, we will never forget you. it was a great stay. very loving. we still got breakfast provided by Rosemary and her dog greeted us warmly and said goodbye. Very quiet location. Ideal for travelers with a vehicle.

Great place, fabulous vibrant decor. We were met shortly after arrival and they were at great pains to ensure we were satisfied and well set up. Easy walk into Derry - bit of a hill on the way back but need to start working off food from the great restaurants! Lots of sights and sobering history to absorb all within walking distance.

Great stay here, ideal for the three of us attending the Rory Gallagher festival in ballyshannon. Great location in town and 5min walk to the beach - centrally located too with lots of pubs and restaurants. Nice touch leaving breakfast stuff for us so thanks for that ! Would definitely stay here again

This was a good location for our planned trip to Knock Shrine. Mark's airbnb had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. We enjoyed dinner at the The Arches Restaurant in town which was a walkable distance from the apartment. It seemed to be a quiet town. There was a grocery store across the street with a wonderful bakery inside. We had a nice stay!

Outstanding old mansion on a back country setting. It has the feel of the Irish countryside of 100 years ago. Our room was very luxurious, large and well appointed. The views out of the windows is spectacular. Breakfast was delicious and the service attentive.

A lovely, comfortable room in a cute and cost BnB. Town is a 15 minute walk away and there are some other attractions close by (driving). The hosts were great - very informative and accommodating and I felt like I was staying with friends. Thank you!

Thank you for such an unforgettable stay. For the warm welcome, for sharing your magnificent manor home with us, for the delicious breakfasts, for all the history and local information, for the cosy evenings in front of the fire, for the glorious views from the bedrooms, for the joy of taking the dogs on a long walk through the estate (or maybe they took us). Steve’s place is just wonderful, we had a great time here. He’s a lovely host and even made us breakfast for both mornings. He was really accommodating for our v late check in! Such an eclectic house in a serene and beautiful area. Highly recommend!

Geraldine was a great host! The house was perfect for our family of 9. She lit the fireplace in the evening so it was warm for playing games. Great location and she was very accommodating. Breakfast in the morning was superb! Thanks again!
