Forest View Cabin is absolutely gorgeous. From before we even arrived Laura was communicating with us about check in etc, really great host and kindly let us have a late check out. The cabin itself is so cosy, we loved the fire. The hot tub was such a treat. So private and peaceful. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

This was definitely a hidden gem for my fiancé and I! We spent one night in the highland pod and loved our time there. It was very private with beautiful views, we were lucky enough to see the various animals in the fields which was a great feature. The place itself was immaculately clean and tidy, and the free bottle of Prosecco and baked treats were a lovely touch (and VERY tasty). The pod had everything we needed for the night and restaurants/ shops were only 5 minutes down the road. The highlight for us was definitely the private hot tub which we really enjoyed! This is the perfect spot for a peaceful/ romantic getaway, and we would definitely visit again and have recommended our friends and family to check it out. Well done to the hosts for the work they have put into this spot - it definitely shows!

The location was perfect—close to the city but tucked away in peaceful countryside with immaculate views. The hot tub was a dream after long travel days, and the cozy kitchenette let us try some Irish grocery items we otherwise wouldn't have been able to. The views and calm were seriously magical. We loved having the windows open and watching the sunset while we ate dinner and relaxed with a movie. Denise was truly wonderful—so kind, welcoming, and full of great recommendations (plus maps!). It honestly felt like staying with family. She’s created such a calm, relaxing oasis. We can’t wait to come back. If you’re heading to Sligo, you have to stay here! It will be the highlight of your trip!

We absolutely loved our stay at Lorcan’s place. It was so beautiful. The views were incredible. Instructions were clear and Lorcan was quick to respond to any questions we had. The hot tub was lovely and I really couldn’t recommend this place more.

We stayed at Isabelle’s place for a long weekend. The chalet was absolutely lovely and a short walk from the beach. Isabelle and Eoin were really kind and helpful and let us check in early which was appreciated after an early flight! Will definitely be returning, thanks to both of you for looking after us!

What a lovely house, beautiful location,quite fabulous views. Good value,would definitely recommend if you want to explore that part of the country.

Absolutely glorious stay at the lodge. We loved the scenery, perfect play area for little and bigger children. Amazing facilities to use and just such a cosy, welcoming little home. The beds were so comfy and sheets super soft too, we got to meet the donkey and the barking doggy who was so cute. Everything was perfect, we will definitely return!

Great cottage! Amazing secluded location but very close to an excellent Supervalu and easy drives to lots of great walks and to Sligo Town. Catherine almost talks the cottage down! Whilst it is a traditional cottage it is wonderful. Clean, has everything we needed, good shower (would be 100% perfect is there was a bath for after big walks). Great place for dogs with enclosed property, lots of outdoor space and a cosy living space. Some dogs might escape out the gate if unsupervised but that's quite far up the lane. We would definitely stay here again if Catherine will have us!

We spent New Year at Riverhaven and it was a simple joy. We looked at the stars at night, enjoyed the fire and went for a walk. We popped to Carrick on Shannon which is beautiful at Christmas. John was lovely and very responsive and let us do a late check out to make the whole trip easier. We'll be back!

Had a lovely getaway! Our dog Carl thoroughly enjoyed roaming the garden Place is nice and cozy and the little sána is a great addition!
