Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Slovene Littoral

Thank you very much. We had a wonderful stay of two nights. We visited the world famous Caves and the castle. The apartment is as described, very calm, very spacious, lots of privacy, own washing machine which came handy, parking space just in front of the house, and a garden full of toys for kids. Our daughter loved running in the garden and exploring it. We can highly recommend this quiet paradise after a day full of sightseeings.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella casa di Franka solo una notte, di passaggio in zona. Il villaggio è un po' isolato, circa 20 minuti in auto da Gorizia, ma vale la pena guidare un po' perché la casa è immersa nel verde, molto ampia e pulita. L'alloggio è al piano superiore della casa e nella parte inferiore vive Franka con suo marito. Appartamento molto ampio, eravamo in 4 adulti e lo spazio era ampiamente sufficiente. La cucina è completa di tutto. Posto auto nel cortile al coperto. La comunicazione con Franka è sempre stata puntuale e veloce, anche grazie alla traduzione automatica di Airbnb. Lei e il marito parlano poco italiano o inglese, ma sono persone accoglienti e la lingua non è un problema. La descrizione della casa e dell’esterno è molto dettagliata e rispetta esattamente la realtà. Per il check-in ci hanno aspettato e le indicazioni sono state molto chiare. Ci torneremo volentieri.

Wow wow wow! What an incredible stay with incredibly helpful, kind, friendly hosts. This was such a lovely “destination” stay, a way to experience rural Slovenian living and culture. It’s a bit of a drive from the city, but well worth it for the stay and experience. Thank you and hvala!

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in dem wunderschönen Haus von Nejc. Es ist einfach eine Wohlfühloase! Ein tolles Haus, das mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet wurde. Es ist alles da was man braucht, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Der idyllische Garten hat uns jeden Morgen aufs Neue erfreut und auch unser Hund liebt es dort. Um an die Küste zu kommen muss man 20 Minuten mit dem Auto einplanen, aber es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Nejc ist ein toller Gastgeber, der immer erreichbar ist und trotzdem absolut die Privatsphäre seiner Gäste bewahrt. Wir werden ganz sicher wieder kommen! Danke Nejc!!!💖

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house near Lake Bled. The host met us upon arrival, gave us a warm welcome, and shared recommendations for exploring the area. We also rented electric bikes from him, which was a great way to discover the surroundings. The house itself was very comfortable and well‑equipped — we especially enjoyed the grill, which was a nice addition for making dinner. The host also organized a rafting trip for us, which turned out to be a highlight of our trip. All in all, this was the best accommodation we stayed in during our trip, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. We would love to return!

Host is very helpful and communicative. The place is great but bring good shoes as the entire town is not easy to walk through and be ready to climb no matter where you go. Pool is great, spa is lovely. Goran is super nice

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt. Der Check-In durch Guerrinos Frau war sehr herzlich. Das Haus ist wunderschön und wirklich gut ausgestattet. Mit Baby und Kleinkind ist das wirklich viel Wert. Neben Babybett und Hochstuhl gab es sogar einen Rausfallschutz für das Einzelbett. Die Küche war ebenso bestens ausgestattet, es gab nichts an was nicht gedacht wurde. Die Gastgeber waren auch immer sofort erreichbar wenn wir mal eine Frage hatten. Wir kommen wirklich gerne wieder und freuen uns schon drauf!

Sehr modernes Haus mit toller Ausstattung. Man sollte bedenken, dass man ein Auto benötigt, aber das fanden wir gut, da wir so Privatsphäre hatten und mit dem Auto war man dennoch schnell bei vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie am Meer. Wir haben immer super schnell Rückmeldung bei Fragen bekommen. Probleme gab es keine — im Gegenteil. Und trotzdem hatten wir immer unsere Ruhe und Privatsphäre. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden wieder kommen!

If your idea of paradise is fabulous views from outside dining, bedrooms and infinity pool, this is the villa for you. So peaceful and private with birdsong amongst the flowers, strawberries and olive trees. It felt like our home away from home. The villa is spotlessly clean with plenty of towels for the 2.5 bathrooms and swimming pool. A central location to use as a base to explore different aspects of Istria including the hill top villages and diverse coastal areas. The host Marjana, is warm and. delightful. She and her partner want to make your stay very memorable.

The house, the hosts and the location are simply enchanting and fantastically beautiful. We have rarely experienced such a relaxing holiday, after a week in this house the outside world seems so far away... In addition to the pool, we especially enjoyed the outdoor shower (with hot water!), showering with a view, marvellous! Everything was very clean, there were plenty of towels, the kitchen is super equipped and everything was also super clean. The sea is great for swimming and the steps down are not bad, a short walk. We are dreaming of coming back.

Perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub mit Hund(en) Großes, super schönes, eingezäuntes Grundstück – ideal für Reisende mit Hunden. Die Unterkunft ist super gut ausgestattet, hat alles was man für einen Urlaub benötigt und bietet eine schöne Aussicht. Parkplatz direkt am Haus und alles, was man braucht, ist in 20 Minuten erreichbar. Die Straße ist zwar hörbar - mal mehr mal weniger - aberfür uns war es nicht störend. Der Vermieter war super freundlich, hatte sogar Süßigkeiten im Kühlschrank bereitgestellt und gab uns tolle Restauranttipps. Früherer Check-in war auch problemlos möglich. Rundum ein gelungener Aufenthalt! DANKE dafür :)

Beautifully appointed, beautifully designed, beautifully maintained. Wonderful ambiance with everything working like new! Gorgeous bedrooms with very comfortable beds in every room. Multiple living and dining areas to choose from. Spectacular pool with incredible views and a wonderful pool house and outdoor kitchen. Appreciated the mid-week bed linen change with bathroom and kitchen cleaning! Extremely peaceful. Perfect for our family group of 3 generations. We absolutely loved it!

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt! Filip war immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit, was unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Die Unterkunft war komfortabel und gut ausgestattet. Besonders beeindruckend war die atemberaubende Aussicht vom Pool – ein echtes Highlight! Der ältere Herr, Filip’s Vater, war ebenso unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und konnten unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genießen. Filip hat uns sogar am Abreisetag etwas länger im Apartment gelassen und uns alle Apartments gezeigt.Eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Great villa with amazing views. In small hamlet with other villas. Very close rustic restauant, with other great restaurant a short drive away. Close to cycle route, but hilly.

Das Hausboot Marinavita ist wunderschön, toll eingerichtet und perfekt für entspannte Ferien mit Freunden oder zu Zweit. Die Ausstattung bietet alles, was man sich wünschen könnte. Alles war sehr sauber und die Kommunikation mit Laurent einfach und freundlich. Piran ist ein hübsches Küstenstädtchen ganz in der Nähe, welches einen Ausflug wert ist. Wir waren zu viert auf dem Boot und haben unsere Zeit an Bord sehr genossen.

Christina’s place was absolutely amazing. It is been one of our favorite places we have stayed at, beautiful. Christina was very helpful with any and all questions. Thanks so much, we love Trieste and Christina help make it great.

Der Aufenthalt in Triest war sehr schön und vor allem haben wir durch Peter viele tolle Restaurant und Cafés entdecken dürfen! Er war sehr bemüht und vor allem gefühlt jederzeit erreichbar, weshalb wir uns sicher fühlten. Der Platz ist ausreichend für entweder 2 Personen mit Hund oder sogar 3 Personen, da die Couch ebenso sehr bequem war. Die Klimaanlage war manchmal notwendig und wir waren dankbar, dass es sie gab. Die Garage, wo wir unser Auto abstellen durften, ist etwas steil und für tiefe Autos vielleicht bisschen schwieriger zu nutzen, aber haben wir trotzdem gemeistert. Wir bedanken uns herzlichst und hoffen, dass wir Triest bald wieder besuchen können. Alles Liebe!

This was one of the best Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed in. The attention to detail in the apartment was outstanding. They literally thought of everything anyone might need during their stay. The host was kind enough to let us check in earlier and even provided us with some homemade elderflower drink. The location was perfect for exploring Bled, only a 2 minute walk from the lake. The house itself was really quiet and private and its 2 balconies were just great to relax on after a day exploring. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your apartment. You made us feel really welcome and we 100% recommend anyone to stay here.

This place was a thousand times more beautiful than the photos – truly a hidden gem! We absolutely loved our stay. The cottage was very private, spotless, and had such a cozy, homey feel. It instantly felt like a warm embrace. Rudi, the host, was incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we had a question or needed anything. He genuinely went out of his way to make us feel welcome and at ease. A lovely bonus was Luli, the outdoor cat who belongs to the property. Just like her owner, she made us feel right at home with her calm and friendly presence. She always made our day when she came by for some food and some pets. After ten days, saying goodbye was bittersweet – it really started to feel like our little home. We honestly can’t recommend this place enough and would return in a heartbeat!

We loved our stay in Tina's apartment and in Nova Gorica. The apartment is very quiet (we didn't notice any noise from other apartments or the neighbourhood, and as Tina's is the only flat on the top floor, there is no one on either side or above you), it is very close to the bus station and walking distance to the train station/Europa Park/shops/cafes/bars/national theatre and over the border into Gorizia (or take the INT bus). Comms with Tina were very easy and she has gone above and beyond in terms of facilities - while the description says 'kitchen basics', the actual supplies would put many 'fully provided' kitchens to shame. And the shower is good and the bed is very comfortable. Overall, a delight and highly recommended.

We stayed in San Nicolo Suites “Suite Mula” and it was absolutely fantastic. Beautifully renovated with high end finishes, a beautiful bathroom and really spacious bedroom with huge, comfortable bed. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful, and checked in on us during our stay to see if we required anything further. As we were travelling for many weeks, the laundry and iron was a huge bonus. The location itself can’t be beaten…the suites are just upstairs from a fabulous pasticceria with beautiful cakes and savoury items all day long, as well as great coffee. Also nearby is a great little bar with a good selection of chicchetti and cocktails. This is a lively and very beautiful part of town,with a really good selection of restaurants, as well as being very easy to walk to all the major attactions, the train and bus station, and the ferry. One of the best bnb’s we’ve stayed in Italy and would definitely stay again if we dome back to the surprising city of Trieste.

This luxury apartment was really well located- an easy walk to most attractions and to the train and bus, but far enough away that it was peaceful. Even though it is on a busy intersection it was completely quiet inside. We enjoyed looking out at the avenues in two directions. The apartment is very tastefully furnished and has everything we needed. Definitely recommended.

Das kleine Apartment hat uns wirklich gut gefallen. Vor allem die Lage ist super - man hat einen schönen Ausblick auf die Umgebung, der See ist nicht weit entfernt und es gibt viele schöne Wanderrouten. Zudem ist Jaka ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber.
