The place is truly beautiful and amazing, especially the terrace. It’s perfect for a BBQ. The place also has literally everything you need and is very clean. The view is stunning! The sauna and jacuzzi helped us relax after a long day. And when we first arrived, there were strawberries and wine waiting for us. Thank you so much for this awesome experience :)

Truly amazing experience all throughout! First I must commend the hosts for the very warm welcome, I wish all Airbnb hosts were like Matjaz and his partner. Clear instructions, fast communication and a genuine desire to help. They helped us haul our luggage and went out of their way to share a personal portable fire pit (upon request) for an even cozier stay. Just the right balance between being proactive at first and respecting our peace and quiet for the remainder of our trip. Kudos to the hosts! The house itself was spotlessly clean, very charming and tastefully decorated. It’s a building about 100 years old that was renovated by the hosts, and you could feel no detail was overlooked, no expense was spared. Did I mention the house wine? The host’s family pride themselves as winemakers and we have certainly partaken in their product. Much appreciated, thank you! So again, overall highly, highly recommended. I wish all hosts and Airbnbs would match this standard of hospitality.

We stayed here for a week in October. Although the outside temperatures were already cooler, the pool was still heated at our request. A service that is not a matter of course. When we no longer needed the pool, we also turned it off ourselves to save electricity to save electricity. Matic was always available and always inquired. Recommended any time.

It was such a beautiful setting to be among the vineyards and my son loved visiting the farms birds and jumping on the trampoline. The accommodations were beautiful and the hosts were so lovely very welcoming and gave excellent recommendations about the local sites. We had their wine and their farm fresh breakfast we highly recommend it ! We had a wonderful stay and hope to visit again one day.

I recently visited this apartment and had an amazing stay. The place was peaceful and incredibly relaxing—perfect for a getaway. A wonderful, quirky spot! We loved staying here, the cottage is so different from anything else we’ve seen, Janez is a man with some serious architectural talent! Nina was super friendly, and genuine, and had great recommendations for things to do in the area. It was just a perfect stay!

Everything is great!! The house has a beautiful view, ideal location and is equipped with everything you could need. Communication with Nela was straightforward and very friendly. Glad to come back :)

My wife, daughter and I were lucky enough to stay at Cecilija’s house at Lake Bohinj for 7 nights in October 2024. The house is exactly as advertised: a beautiful, spacious and comfortable traditional Slovenian mountain cottage; located near a medieval church and within easy walking distance of the lake, hiking trails, and centre of the village. There are magnificent village and mountain views from the house and the apple tree outside the front door drops delicious fruit every morning. The space was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Cecilija is a warm and gracious host. On arrival she took the time to clearly advise of local activities, restaurants and services. Cecilija was very helpful throughout our stay, and attentive to our needs without ever intruding. Thank you Cecilija for a wonderful stay in the beautiful Julian Alps!

We stayed in the cottage for four nights with our baby and our dog. We visited Bled and the National Park from here and really enjoyed our stay. The cottage is well-equipped with beautoful interior and small but very cozy, optimal rather for two adults without kids. The garden is not fully enclosed, which was not a problem for us but dog owners should know. You can reach Bled by car within a few minutes (but parking in Bled is expansive), a 40-minute hike to Bled starts directly at the cottage or you can take the bikes for free :)

Mateja and Kevin were the warmest hosts we have ever had 🫶 very reliable, attentive and communicative… a great welcome, with homemade wine, makes the start of the holiday perfect… the apartment was fantastic, very lovingly prepared, very clean and even more beautiful than in the pictures… thank you for the beautiful time 😊

Great stay, perfect peaceful retreat.

Spectacular location - a fun adventure. Electricity wasn’t working due to a recent storm but Andras did everything in his power to set us up well. He communicated very well and was very accommodating. Had a wonderful time.

A wonderful retreat for families, lovers of nature & romantics! The cottage is lovingly decorated, quiet and ideal for children, with secured stairs. Our daughter was in paradise: petting rabbits, feeding goats, marveling at horses – accompanied by the little girl from the farm that every animal knew by name. Children's hearts beat higher here! For us parents: sunrise from the bed, jacuzzi under the stars – pure relaxation! Breakfast with the Zurej family was a dream: all homemade & served with love. We are particularly grateful for Franc's personal excursion tips – we have experienced Slovenia with heart. An unforgettable stay for all ages. We will definitely be back!

Nice room, host and location

Perfect place to stay while in Bohinj area. The host,Marina, is wonderful and ensured our stay was perfect in every way. She checked on us that we were comfortable and it was very easy to communicate with her. The home is neat ,clean and updated . We were a few minutes of walking distance from the bridge and river. She has bicycles available to explore the beautiful area. Plenty of good food to experience in the area. We really enjoyed our stay here

Bogomir is a fantastic host and we loved our stay. It’s a peaceful, well equipped home in the most beautiful location. It was easy to find and reach by local transport. We were welcomed by Bogomir, who was flexible about check in and made us feel right at home. She gave great recommendations for hikes and was responsive throughout. Highly recommend this place as a wonderful getaway in nature. Thank you Bogomir!

The Airbnb is at a wonderful location with a combination of the mountains and the wildflower fields. The little treehouse was perfect for enjoying the outdoors. The hosts are very welcoming and tell you a bit about the surrounding. We had a great time!

At first I panicked because parking for my bulky car (Tourneo) was not the easiest. But I would go back on foot from Italy, just to spend more time at Lavendula Cottage: I have suffered from chronic insomnia for a lifetime and I managed to sleep 7 hours in a row peacefully, breakfast for me is a ritual and like Marta's there are none. Everything is impeccable and clean, in every detail there is good taste, immense care and attention that make the house a fairytale place. At Lavendula Cottage, there is an added value that cannot be classified with stars or reviews: Marta's heart, Sandro's mastery, those polite and wonderful smiles with which they welcome you and make you feel at home. A unique place, not to be missed. And just park in the square!

We had a great stay at Bela Luna. The house was perfect for us as a family of 4. The kitchen was well equipped and there is a spacious living and dining area. The double bedroom is upstairs and twin room is on the ground floor. The stairs were steep but no problem. We often ate outside, surrounded by lovely views. It is a great location for lots of outdoor activities, walking, hiking and lake Bled and Bohinj. Would definitely recommend a stay here, we would love to return.

Thanks once more to the owners of this amazing place. It was relaxing and felt really like a time travel. The house is well maintained and offers a cozy atmosphere rounded up by the cute and sweet cats. Additionally there are some chicken. The nature is calming and it offers a comfortable getaway from modern stressful life. We are sure that we will be back.
