Hi. This is studio36. It is cool in summer, without air conditioning. A 20 m2 studio converted in the garage of my house, in a very quiet neighborhood. Comfortable, warm and quiet, it opens onto a private terrace where you can enjoy your meals in the company of two turtles. The bedroom and office are separate from the kitchen, shower and toilet. Sheets and towels are provided. Close to the University Hospital, Campus, Confort Moderne, and shops, and 20 minutes' walk from the center SOPGYN

Paid street parking or theater park 8-minute walk. (Rate on the parking lot's website) 2 to 4 people: a double bed in the main room and a double bed in the mezzanine (unsuitable for small children) washing machine. House in the process of home staging: some small work to be completed in the kitchen. I invite you to take a break from time, in this charming garden level. Another cottage, Le Sixties, is located in another part of the house. The entrance is common, but the 2 accommodations are totally independent. Parking for 1 car just in front of the house. I suggest breakfast delivery for an additional fee (€7.50/pers/day). In-person check-in, self check-in after 8 p.m.

We created L'Atelier des Rêves in 2023 in an outbuilding with the help of local artisans and by working ourself. The apartment served as a workshop for the craftsman who previously lived in the house and so we gave it a second life through the workshop of dreams. The green setting and nature activities nearby are a permanent invitation to relax, have fun and dream hence the name we have chosen to give to this place : The Workshop of Dreams !
