The property is set in a tranquil position away from main roads, along a small side road, with open views across the Rhodope Mountains and local vegetable gardens. Parking is available near to the house. The house is ideally placed to explore the local area with Smolyan town and the ski resort of Pamporovo a 30 min drive and the Greek border only a 45 min drive away.

The house is located in the picturesque village of Stoykite , situated at 1400 m altitude , in the very heart of the Rhodope mountain, 7 km from the ski resort of Pamporovo , 5 km from the village of Shiroka Luka and 15 km from the Smolyan regional centre. The house is completely private and without landlords. It has 2 floors and has a bed base of up to 14 beds. The house also has a jacuzzi , which is paid separately from the nightly rate if guests wish to use it is upon request!

Art House is a guesthouse located in the rhodopean mountain city- Smolyan, which is near the famous ski resort Pamporovo (15km). The house has a unique design.
