My cosy countryside house is placed in the nicest part of Criț, near the Saxon fortified church, on Via Transilvanica trail. You will have the entire house and a small yard to yourself; the place acommodates 4 people max. If you have a thing for authentic accommodations & you are not seeking city-like perfection, you will love it here. Please be so kind to rent it in April & Oct only if you like the idea of making a fire. It is biker friendly & available for longterm. Breakfast is possible here.

Come and stay at our farmhouse in the heart of Transylvania. We're renting out our rustic holiday home, situated in the peaceful, quiet village of Veseud. We have everything you need for your stay - a huge garden, where you can lounge in hammocks, two terraces where you can while away the evenings, and a spacious barn where you can chill if it happens to be raining. As this is our holiday home, we won't be around to host you, but our very nice neighbours Ioana and Ciprian will be there to help.

This lovely attick room is really cosy; there is also a large kitchen downstairs. Living here will secure you front seats for observing the traditional everyday lifestyle of Viscri. All you have to do is open the gate. In April & October, this house is heated like in the old days, with traditional fireplace. House facilities: one room with 2 twin beds, one bathroom, kitchen, parking space, shared yard. Part of a bigger group? Book also 161A. Children aged 3-12 pay half of the price.

Our village is situated between Brasov city and Sibiu city, 2 km to the national way DN 1, 15 km to the faimous roud "trasfagarasan", 15 km to the highest mountains in Romania.The house is an old house wich preserves the atmosphere of the 1900s, the furniture has over 100 years old. It is a good place to experience the original peasant life in the middle of Transylvania. Here it is a good place and a easy way to discover our Country, our culture and our life.

We loved this location. A lot of space inside, each huge room with many traditional elements. The attention to the details is felt. As well, the area is as quiet as possible and a greater pleasure to walk and see life in the countryside, especially when the cows from pasture come back in the evening. Every morning we had breakfast at the yard table and we were visited by two friendly cats. In Viscri it is recommended to use the public parking, which we did, we brought the car to the gate just enough to leave the luggage or at departure. In conclusion, we highly recommend this location.

We had a lovely stay at Cristina's place. The house and garden were lovely and the rooms were much bigger than the photos looked. It had everything we needed and we all agreed we could quite happily live in that house. The place was well equipped and we loved the record player and collection of LP's some of which I would guess to be 60+ years old.

An amazing stay, truly one of a kind place. Viscri is an incredible place, if you are looking for simplicity, calmness, beautiful nature, quiet, and a place "trapped" in time- that's the place. the apartment was comfortable, beautiful vintage design, felt like home, great kitchen, simple bedroom. 5/5 highly recommend.
