Magnificent View, really right on the sand!!!!

The apartment is really right on the sand with magnificent views of the garden and the SEA. Approx. 100 steps from the sea!! We've been renting the apartment for over 6 years on Airbnb. We've had more than 300 families stay with us. Maximum Airbnb rating! Over the course of this time, we have acquired expertise in hosting. We have contracts with a laundry, an air-conditioning company, and a "handyman" who is available 24 hours a day. The cleaning staff is excellent, they've been with us since the beginning.

Enjoy quiet days in a cozy apartment upstairs. For great values in the low season !! In a horizontal condominium, with houses like sobrado, Azorean style, with various attractions of a Resort, ==>WITH HEATED SWIMMING POOLS, tennis court, ==>close to the beach, just over 500 meters from the wonderful Riviera beach. We love dogs, but unfortunately the Condominium does not allow pets.
