After a lovely night in the garden house, breakfast is served on the jetty next to the large pond. With a cup of freshly brewed coffee in your hand, you look out over the beautiful, park-like plot where there is always something exciting to discover. With Lake Mälaren's glittering waters just a short walk away, it's easy to be lured to a swim at Stockbybadet. We are close to the big city but still in the countryside and with walking distance to both a grocery store and a lovely pastry shop, you will be happy to stay a little longer.

Stallet

The small stable that is from the 1600s has been converted into a small guest apartment. There is no running water here, but there is an old-fashioned charming little kitchen with modern equipment. The toilet consists of a modern incineration toilet. A shower with hot water is available in an adjacent building. The farm is located in a quiet ancient village surrounded by forest and arable land, but with idyllic Mariefred and Gripsholm Castle around the corner. On the farm, you get along with dogs, cats, chickens and beehives.

Dreamy countryhouse by lake Mälaren

In fairy tale surroundings! This 200 yrs old, modernized and comfortable dairy house is located in the parish of beautiful Ekensberg, in the middle of a deer nature reserve, and neighbour to the old manor Ekensberg castle. The surroundings are untouched and serene with wonderful hiking areas, 3 min walk to lake Mälaren and a pretty jetty. The house has large, cosy rooms, fully equipped for family, friends and food buffs, located only 45 min by car from Stockholm & 30 km to beautiful Mariefred.

Kakelmakargården B&B, sjöutsikt centrala Mariefred

Rum i gårdshus på mysig innergård i centrala Mariefred med sjöutsikt över Mälaren. Gårdshuset ligger i anslutning till Kakelmakargården från slutet av 1700-talet. Rummet har dubbelsäng (som enkelt kan skjutas isär till två enkelsängar) samt sovloft (en enkelsäng). Gratis parkering i nära anslutning (1 minut) till huset. Ett par minuters promenad från restauranger, butiker. 500 meter till Gripsholms slott, 300 m till Tucholskys grav på Mariefreds kyrkogård, utsikts över mälaren.

Year-round accommodation, 40m2 built in 2016 with all the amenities you could wish for. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with washing machine, and more. Two bedrooms and a large combined kitchen / living room. Dining table for four. Balcony with sunroof, dining area and sofa group. With the sofa bed you can sleep up to five people in the house, although three adults is optimal, or two adults and two children. AppleTV with premium accounts on Netflix, Disney+ and AppleTV+.

Tranquil place, Swedish design, floor heating, very comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, your own out door place with a grill, etc. (It is only 3 KM from Beckershof Castle the weeding place). Lovely dock to go swimming from, canoeing or hike in the woods. Plenty of mushrooms berries in the forests around. Less then 2 hours from Stockholm by car and less then 1 hour by train. It is 45 minutes from Skavsta.

Picturesque 19th century cottage in a rural setting about 5 km outside Nyköping, just over 8 km from Skavsta Airport. Child-friendly scenic area right along Sörmlandsleden. Close to both nice swimming areas and several interesting excursion destinations. Dry toilet and shower are located outdoors.
