Hi! Welcome to this cozy villa in Trosa. The owner has three separate houses, one of which is used as a studio. The owner lives in the main house. And the guest house is here which is in the announcement .It is about 35 square meters, with a spacious living room with a fireplace and a mini kitchen with a small refrigerator. The guest room has a separate shower and toilet. Here, guests will share the laundry room and outdoor space with the owner. But each has its own independent outdoor space.

Live next door to nature and the neighbor’s Icelandic horses. Quiet and relaxing location for those who like it simple or are traveling through. Cozy and nice cabin. 10 min from the highway E4. 40 min by car from Stockholm. There are 2 regular beds, but it's possible to lay out an extra mattress for a child or sleep on the couch. Wifi, TV and outhouse toilet available. No kitchen but tea-boiler and coffee maker. Shower and kitchen (for simple meals) are available if needed. Smokefree place!

The house is located by the Åda golf course, only 5 minutes by car outside beautiful Trosa. In addition to the proximity to Trosa, there is also proximity to the sea and nature with hiking trails. The back of the house has a view of fields and forest where there is a great chance of seeing game, among other things in the form of moose and wild boar, during the summer months. It is possible to rent sets with sheets and towels for 150 SEK per person per stay.
