The lake house - our gem!

Sjöstugan - our pearl right by the lake! Private house with sleeping loft, kitchen, beautiful large room with fireplace and view of the lake. Wood-fired sauna with a dip in the lake right next door. Hot tub on the jetty - always warm. Swimming dock 5 meters outside the door. Access to a boat. If you want to buy a fishing license, contact the host. Wood for the fireplace and sauna is included. The yard is fenced all the way to the lake and our Beagle dog Vide is often loose outside. He's nice. Use of bed linens and towels, as well as cleaning, is included.

Ocean front modern cottage

Modern cottage only 15 meters from the beach and the pier that leads you into the sea. The property, built in 2019, is beautifully situated on Dunö about 10 minutes (car) south of Kalmar. The cottage includes 25 sqm floor + 10 sqm sleeping loft and has a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with a shower. Proximity to jogging tracks and several other bathing areas and jetties. Only 15 meters from the ocean and 10 minutes from central Kalmar you find this newly built cottage. Modern amenities close to the best of nature.

Cottage in Karlskrona archipelago

A detached house on Saltö, Karlskrona, with sea view and 50 m from the private landing jetty, placed on municipal shore. Access to a small rowing boat is included in the price. The hosts speak English and a bit German. Maximum guests are two adults and two children. The house is situated close to the owners house, but still has its privacy with a large terrace attached and access to an own part of the garden. Cleaning is done by the guests. Bed linen and towels can normally not be provided.

Modern cottage with panoramic views of Karlskrona archipelago located about 10 meters from the sea. Bed linens and towels are included, beds are made and ready when you arrive. Access to a child-friendly beach shared with the host family. The accommodation is suitable for families of up to 4 people. There is a small beach close by and a bus line to Karlskrona Centre, just a short walk away. The price includes bed linen, towels, water, electricity, heating, fiber (wifi) and cleaning. Welcome to our cozy cottage with a fantastic sea view, located in Sjuhalla in the Karlskrona archipelago, about 8 miles (13 km) from the center of Karlskrona. Here, you'll enjoy a peaceful stay close to nature, with the beach just 150 meters from the cabin – visible from the patio. Renovated in 2024/2025, the cabin features an open-plan layout in a modern, well-equipped, high-standard accommodation.

In the old cultural districts of central Karlskrona. This very cozy apartment of 37 sqm. Access to a communal, very beautiful backyard. Distance to the sea 100 meters, distance to the jetty 250 meters. There are 4 sleeping places, two double sofa beds. The apartment is equipped with a kitchen, stove and oven, as well as access to a shared laundry room.
