Staying at home is also a party: the sauna, bathroom with double shower heads, barbecue, playing records on the record player and large garden with two terraces, one of which is covered and heated. The house is energy neutral with 18 solar panels.

The train station is a 10-minute walk away. From the train station to Utrecht, it is 25 minutes, and to Amsterdam, it is 1 hour.

Furthermore, there is a kitchen, utility room, hall, playroom and toilet. The first floor has three double bedrooms and a modern bathroom.

Many birds, including owls, squirrels, and you can regularly see deer! Walk/bike (for rent) through the Baarn woods, to the Soesterduinen, eat pancakes in Lage Vuursche, by bike boat to Spakenburg or shopping in Amsterdam, Amersfoort or Utrecht.
