Nestled at the foot of Lyulin Mountain, the fresh air and tranquility made our stay incredibly relaxing. The villa itself is beautifully maintained, offering a cozy and comfortable atmosphere that feels like home. It had everything we needed for a perfect stay, whether for a short getaway or a longer visit. The proximity to Bankya’s Health Alley was a great bonus, and we also enjoyed exploring the nearby forest. Liubomir was warm, welcoming, and ensured we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a serene escape while still being close to Sofia, I highly recommend Villa Romance. We would love to return!

Boryana’s cottage was the perfect place for a peaceful and quiet getaway! We loved the cozy atmosphere and homey feel of the hut!

Great stay for 2 nights, I would recommend as a solo traveler. It felt safe, was quiet and very close to restaurants and cafes. Christo was very helpful and quick to communicate.

If you are looking for a house near Sofia, in some quiet place, with a big garden, well equipped kitchen, many rooms to sleep and nice barbecue area... this house would work just perfect. The communication with George was smooth. We enjoyed our stay there very much!

Brilliant little home on the outskirts of the city. really nice, clean and looks as good as the pictures suggest. a few things to note - Not easy to get to by anything except car. driving is almost necessary I'd not save taxi fares - Plenty of wild dogs, for those scared of then. in all I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a beautiful home outside the city with a driver in the group. really impressed

Reni has been very polite, responsive, and she has gone out of her way to help us feel comfortable. The apartment itself is a new construction that is rather small, but feels very comfy and welcoming. Had no problem staying there with a family of 5!

Nice cozy apartment in a good location. Close to metro station and shopping mall, which was very convenient. The space is a bit tight for a family of four, but overall good value for money. Has all the basic amenities needed for a stay.

Great and quiet place

We absolutely loved Kristina's place and would try to book it for future visits as well. Location was amazing, literally at the heart of Sofia, close to everything. We were a bit worried about the trams outside but we actually werent bothered by the noise at all. we stayed almost 2 weeks and felt right at home, Kristina was a great host - always responsive!

I recommend the place. Everything was exactly as described. It's a really great view. Easy communication with the hosts. Easy to find place. There's a pizzeria nearby, Vetrilo, which I recommend.

All the things that you needed all in this apartment , very near M4 airport metro, very convenient area , this apartment is very cute and clean. Comfortable bed and clean bath towel .

5 stars!! The apartment is quiet, convenient, centrally located, very comfortable (great bed!), recently renovated, and all was as expected. The host was 10 stars - he went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly for a very late, last minute arrival. He answered all questions immediately and made suggestions to help me find all the things I was looking for (money changer, SIM card, etc.). I will definitely stay again! As an FYI - the bathroom is a wet bath/room, which was new to me - but all is new, with hot water and great water pressure!

A true find in the heart of Sofia! The flat is part of an older but solid building and has been renovated in a beautiful Scandi style. Shining clean, cosy, and with enough space at the same time. The appliances were brand-new, and all decorations were in their proper place - not too much, not too little, just enough and as it's supposed to be. My wife and I would not hesitate to book again if we visit Sofia in the future.

The location is great🔝, right in front of the National Palace of Culture and close to all the bars and restaurants on Vitosha. We also shopped at Lidl, which is only 300 meters from the apartment. Exceeded our expectations, I recommend it!
