We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and full of charm. Jenny went above and beyond with all the thoughtful decor touches, which made it feel warm and welcoming from the moment we walked in. There was plenty of room for our family, and everything we needed was provided. It’s clear Jenny takes great pride in hosting, and it shows. Highly recommended!

A great and quiet apartment in the best area in the center. We loved how spacious it was and that everyone has a place to relax. Lots of nice cafes and restaurants around, we really liked it. There are many separate rooms which gave us the space we needed. Clean and well-maintained. Very easy check-in, we liked everything about, will come back when in Sofia. I definitely recommend it.

Would highly recommend Joy’s place to everyone visiting Sofia! The location was perfect to walk to all main attractions and the apartment was clean, had great facilities and was exactly as described. The off street parking was also super convenient. We would 100% stay here again!

We have just returned from a 4 night stay at Ivans place and it was fabulous. The apartment was spotless and extremely modern and well equipped. Check in was super easy and Ivan supplied a video beforehand, which was a huge help as we arrived about 1am! Just be aware there is no lift and a fair few flights of stairs, which, with heavy suitcases, might be an issue for some. It was fine for us. The apartment is safe and well positioned for seeing the sights. I would definitely return here. Thanks Ivan!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful Sofia apartment! The space was spotless, spacious, and full of natural light, with three comfortable bedrooms and plenty of room for our group. We loved the open living area and the well-equipped kitchen, which had everything we needed for relaxed meals at home. The location was perfect—quiet and safe, but just a short walk to great restaurants, shops, and attractions in the heart of the city. The check-in process was seamless and the host was extremely responsive and helpful, making us feel right at home. Two modern bathrooms meant no waiting, and strong WiFi made it easy to stay connected. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home. The apartment was beautifully furnished, very comfortable, and in a great location a short walk from shops and restaurants. It was the perfect base for our family of 4 for our 5 days in Sofia. Our hosts were very accommodating, reaching out to us ahead of time in case we needed anything for our stay and to let us know of local places to check out. Their suggestions of restaurants and local cafes were spot on. We had a rental car and ended up keeping it at the open lot opposite the apartment building on days when we didn’t need it, which was very helpful. A really nice touch was the provision of wine and other consumables which we could enjoy and simply leave money for after our stay. I couldn’t recommend our host Mariyana and Alexander enough. They helped make our stay very enjoyable.

Great location right next to Vitosha blvd but very quiet and peaceful at night!

Everything was great. The host always replied promptly. The only downside was that the sofa bed is not as comfortable. Otherwise very clean and nice apartment! Wort the price

perfect location. easy to find. exactky as shown in the pictures. felt secure, weirdly even moreso knowing there was a strip club downstairs. it was like having your own private security. I did not hear one noise from the club. you could walk everywhere from here. very central. mall with everything you could want right downstairs. trams right out the front, metro not far away and many tours leave from the city court right across the road. I definitely recommend this place.

The apartment was super amazing, the best I have ever experienced in a city trip. in the heart of Sofia, very clean, modern, equipped with everything and especially, very spacious. we were three guests but the flat is also easy for six persons. But what counted most: Irena (host) was extremely kind, responsive and so much helpful. example: she not even managed that we got a spontaneous reservation at an already fully booked restaurant but we also got a top table. in short: very highly recommended place. no one will ever regret a booking.

Absolutely loved this apartment! Stayed here for around a week, felt very comfortable and like home. Super clean, very nicely decorated and very comfortable furniture! I hiighly recommend this apartment for long term stay and short term, it has everything you might need. Lastly, Mila was a GREAT communicator, I would say one of the best hosts ive had on airbnb, very responsive, very kind and very cooperative with my checkin and checkout. Had a very restful stay at Eva’s place with my partner and another couple. The apartment was easy to navigate to from the airport and very manageable to walk to the centre of Sofia, as well as metro, bus and tram access. Eva provided clear instructions and always got back to us promptly if we had any questions. It was so nice to have a washer & dryer available! Would recommend to weary travellers.

A great place to stay if you want to have everything you need and be close to all the popular attractions in Sofia for an amazing price. The apartment was very clean, it was very well stocked, in fact we were surprised how many toiletries were available to use. There was even complimentary wine and peanuts which was a great welcome experience. Ani was also very sweet, she offered clear instructions on how to check in and check out. Overall, I couldn’t recommend the place more. You won’t regret it!

Great place in the center of Sophia. lots of natural light during the day in the house, it was really nice. The Big jacuzzi bath was also a plus. Katerina was very helpful and responsive. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook at home. Olive oil, salt, spices, oven paper, and so much more. Only thing I could say was the bed wasn't super comfortable, but it wasn't bad. Overall I had a great stay and would reccomend this place.

Very responsive hosts even if we did not meet, but communication was excellent. I highly recommend this accommodation for its cleanliness, size and proximity to everything. Everything is done on foot, or for the less Courageous, the metro or tram. Thank you for everything

Perfect host and beautiful property. We have stayed in Sofia before, but this apartment is a much more central location than our previous stay. Very spacious with lovely wooden floors and comfortable beds. Peter is a great host, our flight was delayed and we got it at 4am, our host met us cheerfully as if it were mid day. Thank you Peter x
