Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Sogndal Municipality

Vi var fem personer som leide denne flotte leiligheten i Sogndal. Det var tre soverom med god plass og dobbeltseng, og leiligheten var utstyrt med både peis og bålpanne som ble et hyggelig samlingspunkt på kveldstid :-) Vi er alle veldig fornøyd og takker for et vellykket opphold! En liten bemerkning er at det vanligvis oppholder seg katt i leiligheten, og en av oss var allergisk

Inghlid was the perfect host—proactive, super friendly, and always easy to reach. We were warmly welcomed with a little basket of treats, which was such a nice touch. The cabin itself was amazing! It had all the comforts you could wish for, including a modern bathroom that was just perfect. The kitchen was sleek and fully equipped, with a large fridge that came in handy. The upstairs rooms were a bit low-ceilinged, and the beds were a bit short for tall people like us, but overall the space was super cozy. We really appreciated the big TV and spacious table—perfect for rainy days spent watching series or playing games. The terrace with a fire pit offered beautiful views over the lake, making it a peaceful spot to unwind. All in all, this is a perfect, modern cabin in a quiet setting where all you hear are the birds. Highly recommended!

Absolutely fantastic view and a lovely host. There is a really well equipped kitchen and the living room is super cosy. We went hiking in the rain and it was so nice to come home and light the fire. Eivind was so kind to lend us some rain clothes and also offered to light a fire for us coming home. Everything was honestly wonderful and I can't recommend the place enough.

Great place to stay. Views were absolutely amazing. Great host, provided clear instructions. Hot tub was an amazing touch, and scenery added a wonderful vibe. Location was beautiful and very convenient, close by town and access to ferry to get to Balestrand. 10/10.

A wonderful location and a cozy spot. We enjoyed the proximity to the center on Balestrand, and the amenities of the house, including the use of kayaks to use on the fjord. Splendid accommodations.

We feel so lucky to have found this beautiful farmhouse in our visit the Hafslo/Gaupne area! The house provides spectacular views of the fjord, with the epic Feigumfossen waterfall off in the distance, which makes the whole scene feel magical. We were blessed by warm and sunny weather, which certainly enhanced the experience. The house itself is modern and updated, with large photos of local scenes hung throughout the house. A host-provided guidebook has commentary on each photo, with recommendations on how to visit those places! We did the 6 mile easy-to moderate Austersdalbreen glacier hike, which I highly recommend! What made this location particularly special is that the area has the original homestead/farm of my Norwegian ancestry. When I mentioned this to Hege ahead of time, she took the extra time to research our family heritage and then she and her husband Oystein took us to the church and farm used by my family. It was so special and appreciated! Tusen takk!!

Beautiful view and great location for exploring the area. Glaciers, waterfalls and amazing Ulnes Stave Church. Apartment has everything you need not more. Easy walk down to the water.

Kjempekoselig leilighet, vi likte spesielt godt altanen med daybed 😊 Perfekt beliggenhet i forhold til sentrum og handlesenter. Vi storkoste oss og kan varmt anbefale Hannah og hennes leilighet!

We only stayed one night here and would have loved to stay longer. Very nice and cosy house with great kitchen, nice views and very quiet surroundings. Wasn’t easy to find but William did everything to show us the way with map and instructions. Small skiing area.

Very lovely place for stay. Their house is along the Fjorde and opposite to the snow mountain. You can enjoy the view though the window. Gunvor and Roar are both friendly to support us. Gunvor helped us to use the boat.

Vi var veldig fornøyde med oppholdet vårt i Sogndal i dette huset. Veldig bra beliggenhet og selve huset var mer moderne og finere i virkeligheten enn på bildene. Pluss med deilig seng og hyggelig og lun uteplass. Mye verdi for pengene, anbefales!

Everything was great.

Kenneth a tout simplement été exceptionnel, il nous a conseillé pour notre itinéraire de retour afin que nous puissions profiter d’un maximum de choses sur le trajet, grâce à lui nous avons vu des superbes endroits que nous n’avions pas prévu au départ. Il a été très amical et chaleureux. Le logement était très propre avec toutes les commodités, et le village est tout simplement magnifique est paisible. Je recommande à 1000%

We spent two lovely days in this place. The hosts are very friendly, communication was perfect. The apartment is spacious, well-equipped and clean. The Molden hike is highly recommendable.

Endroit exceptionnel ! Seuls au bout du monde au dessus du fjord... Une des plus belles vues de notre séjour. Une jolie cabane construite par notre hôte. Très bien équipée et très joliment décorée. Mention spéciale aux WC dans une petite cabane indépendante à la vue imprenable sur le fjord :) Les hôtes sont accueillants, gentils et disponibles ! Meilleur hébergement de notre voyage !

Veldig fin hytte med flott beliggenhet ved vannet. Vi skulle på stevne med hunden, og der var perfekt å kunne gå rett opp på stadion der. Stedet kan absolutt anbefales og vi kommer igjen neste år 😊

We absolutely loved Anita's place! it was very clean and cozy and the views were incredible! It was a great place for us to unplug and unwind for a few days and enjoy the peaceful nature surroundings. Anita was a great host - very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Das Haus von Christoffer ist wunderbar, sehr gemütlich eingerichtet mit einem wunderbaren Blick auf den Fjord. Um in das Haus zu kommen, muss man eine enge Straße ein paar hundert Meter nach oben fahren und dann vom Parkplatz aus zu Fuß nochmal etwa 8 min steil nach oben laufen. Koffer sind hier unpraktisch bzw. lassen sich nicht bsch oben tragen. Das macht die Lage und den Blick dann aber eben auch so einzigartig. Alles war genauso wie beschrieben. Christoffer war immer sehr gut und schnell erreichbar. Ein super Gastgeber! Danke für eine tolle Woche hoch oben in den Bergen!

We had a wonderful time in Norway and especially in Theresa’s cabin. Everything from the arrival to the departure was clear and simple. Theresa was very polite and helped us in every way when we had questions. We really recommande her ! If you want to disconnect from everything and be connected to nature, we recommend you this place. in einer wildromantischen Traumlandschaft liegt diese kleine Hütte. Eine Art Kleinod, nur das Notwendigste, kein Strom! macht nichts, ich habe ein kleines Solarpanel, kein Wasser! macht nichts, da fliesst reichlich vom Berg hinab, eine widerspenstige Gasflasche verweigerte zunächst ihren Dienst! macht nichts, es wird auf dem Feuer gegrillt und das Wasser erhitzt, Keine Dusche! macht nichts, das kann auch mal 3 Tage warten :) Es ist ein Traum für erdige Zeitgenossen, Wanderer und Fischer, die der modernen Zeit etwas entfliehen möchten - hoch empfehlenswert - aber passt auf Eure Köpfe auf, die Türen sind max. 1,5 Meter hoch!!!
