A beautiful apartment in a quiet street. Great hospitality and friendliness of the host, who gave us great advice about what to see. We had an amazing time! The apartment was clean, cozy, spatious, and well equipped. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Comfortable overnight stay in a quiet neighborhood just as we needed it.

We felt right at home, spacious bedrooms (both), a full kitchen, a large refrigerator with a freezer, an oven, a dishwasher, a beautiful terrace, and a spacious bathroom. Everything about it was very neat and clean. Regarding the location, everything was available to us through a few minutes' walk (2 minutes to the main promenade and shop, 5 minutes to the forest picnic area "Borići"), it is also in a very quiet area so you will have real peace on the terrace to enjoy. We were also able to find a parking space within a shared parking lot from the building so we didn't use the public parking. Svetlana had great communication with us and we will certainly hang out again when we come to the resort again. 😊

The location is great, about 7 minutes walking distance to the city center, or to the promenade. The hosts waited for us, they're very welcoming and tidy. We were met by a fully furnished apartment. The building is new, it also has an elevator, which means very much if you go with a baby like my wife and I went. From the balcony a beautiful view of the whole Sokobanja. In the apartment you have everything from linens, towels to kitchen equipment to make food, coffee, etc, as in the description. They have private parking, which also means a lot. I would recommend to anyone who wants to rest in peace.

Me and my family spend a few days in Aleksandra's apartment...Everything was just perfect from the very beginning. She gave us a clear instructions about the entire check in process. The apartment itself is equipped with everything that makes your stay cozy and comfortable. Aleksandra allowed us to checked in earlier in the morning, and to left the apartment later, so we enjoy more. The place itself Soko Banja is a real green pearl that really has to offer so much - a big centrally located green park full of activities for kids, fountains, restaurants, bars, shops... I can't to wait to come back...

Everything is clean, tidy, renovated, and comfortable. The apartment is a little further from the center for those who like to walk :)

Great place! The apartment is perfect for couples. The hot tub and the sauna are very easy to operate. Nis is 20 minutes away and has a lot of things that you can do. Also 3 minutes from the apartment there is a restaurant with delicious food, its a good option if you do not want to go to the city. The place itself has a private parking and the host is really friendly, speaks English and Bulgarian.
