Simple, rural and peaceful accommodation, which is centrally located. Short walking distance to shopping center Madla amfi, as well as grocery stores such as REMA 1000 and COOP. Short walking distance to Madlaveien/at clarion Hotel Energy where you can take a bus to Stavanger city center. The buses run every 15 minutes and take about 8 minutes to drive to the city center. Shared parking space on own property. If you come by plane, the airport bus is recommended. Takes approx. 15 and drive to the apartment. The bus also runs past "the three swords".

The apartment is on the 5th floor ( m elevator) of 70 sqm and close to Madla amfi shopping center. There is a delicious glazed terrace of 19 sqm . There are also nice hiking areas and close to Møllebukta . There is parking outside the block as well as good bus connection into Stavanger city center which is about 4 km . The apartment got a renovation 2 years ago painting and grinding parquet in the living room, hallway and the one single bedroom. Has and a double. .lays out when there is an oil fair from Aug. 26 to 29. O.k from 25 Aug.

Vi leier ut et stort rom i huset vårt, med eget bad med dusj og toalett. Det er gode senger, en stor dobbeltseng- 200 cm., og en enkeltseng-90 cm. Inngang med kodelås og gratis parkering. Vi bor nærme Sola sentrum og flyplassen, og det går buss derfra som stopper i nærheten av huset vårt. På rommet er det et lite kjøleskap med fryseboks, mikrobølgeovn , Air- Fryer, og vannkoker, te og kaffe. Det er tilgang til el-bil lader, mot et tillegg i prisen.
