Beautiful Townhouse in an Oceanfront Complex

Please enquire for monthly rental discounts!! This beautifully remodeled and furnished townhome is located within the Seascape Sur community nestled on the ocean bluffs in picturesque Solana Beach. The community is resort living at it’s finest with access to the beach, heated pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, clubhouse, koi ponds, lush gardens and is within walking distance to the Del Mar Racetracks, Cedros Ave Design Distrcit, shopping, restaurants and more. Hop on the Coaster at the train station in town and head to San Diego, Encinitas or Carlsbad or a short 20-30 minute drive you can be in LEGOland, SeaWorld, San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, La Jolla and downtown San Diego. This 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom corner unit has all of the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Spacious living area, updated kitchen, bathrooms and showers, washer/dryer, flat screen TVs, beach towels, boogie boards, beach mats, umbrella and more. The deck off of the kitchen is spacius enough to relax and unwind after a long day at the beach. A pack n play and 2 high quality air mattresses (twin and queen size) are available for use if needed for additional sleeping. The unit is located next to the pool and steps to the beach access within the community or a short 5 minute walk you can be at the family friendly Fletchers Cove. There is an AC unit upstairs available for use. Downstair rooms have overhead fan, window fans as well as floor fans. The downstairs bedroom typically remains cool at night. This is a 2 story townhouse in the beautiful SeaScape Sur. We are the corner unit that is right next to the pool and easy access to the garage. The community is located directly on the bluffs and have beach access. Guests have access to the entire town house. It is 2 floors with the bedrooms residing downstairs and the living space and deck upstairs. I am available via text and phone anytime during your stay and happy to provide recommendations or connect you to anything you may need! The townhome is located within the Seascape Sur community nestled on the ocean bluffs in Solana Beach. It's within walking distance to everything and a train ride away to many activities. It's a short walk to family friendly Fletchers Cove. The town is walkable from our community. You can access the beach, restaurants, shops, etc all within a 5-10 min walk from our home. There is also the Coaster train which will take you up and down the coast. Many stops include Carlsbad, Old Town San Diego and Downtown San Diego.
