A fully expansive design, a well-equipped kitchen open between a dining room and a living room will ensure the comfort of your rest and coexistence. A spacious deck with an infinity Jacuzzi, perfectly located with the best view, will make you feel like you are part of the landscape. Upon arriving at the parking area, we must climb 75 steps to reach the villa.

Our rooms have unique spaces, access to our gardens, beach, and sunbathing areas. Casa Serenidad is a lakefront cottage with lush gardens secluded enough to be alone with nature, but within 3-5 minutes away from Isla Verde, a hotel with a restaurant that offers delicious food, and it’s usually open to the public. The property is only accessible by boat but its approx. a 15 minute walk to the town of Santa Cruz, and very close to kayak and paddle board rentals. We are about a 10 minute boat ride to Panajachel.
