I stayed there for two weeks and I would stay again. It was very quiet which is my number one need. Two it was clean. Three nice kitchen with all the appliances you need. Four Jeanmarie answered all questions quickly and clearly. Five lots of room in the house. Six it was nice and warm in the winter weather.

Amazing little condo, perfect for a family of four! I hope to stay there again next season!

Robert’s place is amazing! If you’re looking for a place to feel at home, while away from home, then this is it! My brother & I are here for work & have stayed several different places so far we enjoyed staying with Robert so much, that we booked for another month.

Clean, Comfortable and a great view of the lake!

We were so grateful to stay at Ambers place. We had brief visit to view the eclipse and coming back to this spotless, extremely comfortable, and peaceful spot was so nice after a full day out in the elements. The kitchen had everything we could need and the space really felt welcoming. My husband commented on how comfortable the couch was no fewer than three times. Amber was so accommodating and helpful, we really couldn’t have asked for a better home for the night.

The apartment was squeaky clean and the hosts were proactive with helpful information as well as very responsive to questions and needs.

Comfortable, spotless apartment in the lovely town of Kingfield (walking distance to local eateries). We visited in February. It was an easy drive to Sugarloaf and the Nordic XC ski center as well (would highly recommend both). Leslie was an attentive, friendly host.

What a fantastic place to stay right in town. Walked to downtown, the lake and the General Store. Extremely clean, and comfortable. Everything you need for an enjoyable visit to Monson. Loved the screened in porch, claw foot bathtub, and vintage decor. If you go to The Quarry for dinner, definitely stay here. Just a walk away. Thank you very much !

Needed a weekend to recharge and this was the place to do it! Already love the moosehead area but to find places like this makes it top notch!

Bonnie was super helpful and kind. We were very glad to meet her. The house was beautiful with way more extras than ever expected. We didn't need it personally because we were there 1 night but it was incredibly kind of her to think of and would be lovely to have for a longer stay. Lots of unique board games. We had fun playing those. Children's books and stuffies were there. Everyone was very comfortable. The neighborhood was a beautiful place to walk and I encourage you to walk back just a little back from the way you came in. There are cows in a distant field and mountains on the horizon. Very beautiful.

Beautiful, secluded spot right on 1st Roach Pond. Easy, clear access. Place was comfortable and clean and offered many play toys for the water (kayak, canoe, paddle boat, paddle board) and a very nice dock. Great access to other trails and Lily Bay State Park. We were visited by a loon and wild turkey, as well as many neighboring ducks. Lovely and peaceful getaway.

A two-family ski vacation for a long weekend made this stay incredibly worthwhile. Perfect location with access to trails and lifts, and a super fun window seat for trail side viewing. We won’t have pets, but I could tell it would be an ideal spot for them too.

Great stay. Just as advertised. Kids loved the bunk beds and being able to ski to the lift right out the back door. Added bonus that the pool was in the same building. Overall just what we expected.

We had a great stay here for a few days of skiing in March. We especially loved that we could walk quickly across a parking lot to the Snubber lift to get right on the slopes -- and it was easy to come back for lunch breaks on the colder days. The condo was clean, the bathroom was updated, and the kitchen was small but equipped for simple meals. There was plenty of room for four adults (and one small dog!) to comfortably hang in the living room after skiing. Note that there are lots of steps up to the condo -- we didn't mind, but prepare accordingly.

We arrived just after the end of active ski season, when lifts from condo area were closed (and there was no snow in the condo area) but slopes and on-slope ski lifts were still working with plenty of on-mountain skiing. As long as you have a car, this isn't an issue. You leave your skies either in the convenient closet right at the condo parking (or in your car), the drive to the base of the slopes is quite short, and parking at the base of the slopes is ample and easy. Plus, the condo was just great all around. So enjoy spring skiing at Kate's condo! For pilots: We flew our Cirrus SR 20 into Sugerloaf Regional Airport. There is no FBO there, but the airport manager is friendly, there are tie down spots (bring own ropes), and fuel is reasonable (100LL only). Greg Roy provides taxi service in the area, and if you ask nicely, he may rent you his car (as he did for us!). Greg's number can be found in Foreflight comments.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. Quick access to the snubber lift, and the building was perfect for our needs.

We had a terrific stay at Lani's. The location was excellent, about 1/2 from Mountain Grocers and a mile from The Rack. We were on the shuttle route, a perk, even though we drove to the mountain daily. The condo itself is genuinely better than the pictures indicate. The beds, comforters, couches, etc were lovely and comfortable. We loved the hot tub. We didn't read the fine print that it is shared with the attached house rental, but it wasn't an issue. We alternated use easily. A hot tub is so nice after a long day of skiing! Lani was wonderfully communicative from booking to departure. We would definitely rent her apartment or house again in the future.
