This charming detached house is situated in the beautiful Gruia district of Cluj-Napoca. It is conveniently located, in a green and peaceful area of the city, yet at walking distance to the city centre. This characterful house benefits from a courtyard with garden and has the bonus of a splendid heated outdoor swimming pool, open May until September. The house exists of a main house, sleeping in total 10persons, and an apartment with separate entrance from the garden area which sleeps 2 persons.

Growing up on the property, the cabin represents a lifelong dream, built by the hands of my hard working father, whose talent you will notice in details all around the place (pay attention to the ceiling in particular, where you can notice mirrored wood panes, layed out carefully to represent the lenght of the tree).

This tiny house allows space for all the much-needed necessities such as open plan living space, kitchen, bathroom and mezzanine bedroom as well as an outdoor terrace with lake view. Ideal for summer getaways with many scenic views of the lake and hiking trails, mountain biking, paddle boarding on Lake Belis or winter trips to Marisel sky and snowboard slopes being just 20 km away.

It has all the amenities, with central heating and hot water, a kettle, barbecue, disc, grill, rocking chair, trampoline, billiards, gazebo, jacuzzi (extra cost), smart TV and Wi-Fi, a very large yard, and a view of the lake, which is 2 minutes from the cottage. It is an ideal place for mountain hiking and fishing. Nearby: St. Basil's Monastery located about 2 km away, Tarnita Dam, the slopes of Marisel or Buscat. Capacity of 10 people.
