Very nice small house, functional, well located, with parking, which is appreciable. Quiet, green environment. Very clean. We are very satisfied with our stay.

The +: Very friendly welcome, responsive hosts, very charming and peaceful cottage, clean cottage, good bedding, good overall services for a real moment in the countryside. The cons: Even if it's not disturbing at all, there are 2 independent cottages on the same land and it should be mentioned in the description, some kitchen utensils to replace, some bad smells (fake septic I think) from time to time but nothing serious. I recommend this cottage for its charm and for the great welcome from Georgie and Ben.

Excellent value for money. Everything clean, tidy and all you need for a short break. The property is located in a farming community just outside Arras, very close to the Highland and Rockincourt War Cemeteries. The area is quiet and there are a choice of pretty walks straight from the front door. Would highly recommend.

Judith was a very nice hostess. You felt immediately welcome. "Strangeness" was not popular. The house was exactly as shown on the Internet. It was clean and beautifully decorated. The enclosed garden was just right for our dog. You could wonderfully run from the house with the dog. The nearby lake and beach were just great. We'll be happy to come back.

This place is amazing! such a beautiful location. We had a lovely time for our 4 days. The house is great, very tastefully decorated and lots of amenities. The pool was an excellent addition but unfortunately the weather wasn't as warm as we had hoped. Nevertheless we had a lovely relaxing time, playing boules, walking the vast grounds and enjoying the peace. We hope to visit again.

Very pleasant stay in this small haven of peace , everything is nearby, soothing environment. Listening to the birds singing when waking was a real joy! Great with a child, I've never seen my son so happy to discover everything! Accessible beach after a nice walk . Stone staff and vacation also very nice. We recommend it and really enjoyed it! The rental is incredible, Aubin is a great host, the apartment was beautiful, the view of the cathedral is superb. Perfect place to discover Amiens, I couldn't have asked for more!

The listing was as described and photographed. The weather wasn't on our side, but we didn't suffer thanks to the beauty of the place and the friendliness of the covered terrace, which is really the living area of the chalet. This place is just a paradise for fishermen and nature lovers, we will come back.

A lovely house, beautifully decorated with an eye for detail, and well furnished. It’s very practical to have 2 bathrooms. There is also a toilet on every floor. The kitchen has more items in it than you will ever need during your stay, which is a plus! Since this is a renovated old house, the staircases are a bit steeper, so you need to have good mobility. When in Cayeux, the sea, the shops, the restaurants and market are all at walking distance from the house. You can easily visit other seaside places such as Mers-les-Bains, Le Hourdel, St-Valery-sur-Somme, Crotoy, … Nice detail: you can park your car nearby free of charge. (Don’t come to Cayeux without a car; there is no public transport). Robin is a great host who is both pro-active and responsive, without being pushy. If you are looking to visit this region I would not hesitate one second: book yourself into this accommodation!

Comfortable and quiet accommodation. The best of the small garage. Feel at home! And this little terrace with a breathtaking view of the bay… what a pleasure whatever the weather. Zen vacation.
