Although it is on the second floor, as it is a commercial house, children can play as much as they want in the house. Since it is located along Gangneung-daero, it is advantageous to visit. Gyeongpo Beach, Gangmun Beach, and Anmok Coffee Street are very accessible within 5 minutes by car. Also, there are many restaurants and attractions within a 10-15 minute walk, such as Chodang Tofu Village, Toomaru Café, Donghwa Garden, famous for Sundubu Jjambbong, Poongnyeon Ribs, famous for raw ribs, Chodang Cheomtteok, famous for grilled tteok, and Wonder Sky, where you can enjoy exchanging views regardless of age. ➡️Fast entry is not allowed. An old house in Gangneung that reminds you of your childhood home life. I wanted to create a space that embodies the modern lifestyle of workation while still feeling local. The word 'Jann' means 'to flow smoothly' and is used twice in the name 'JannJann'. As the name implies, we hope that the time of conversation that flows smoothly during the trip can be a good memory for everyone. I think about the colors and scents of the city every time I travel, so I decorated the point of Janjan in blue. Janjan divides the yard into two based on the flowerbed, and on the second floor, there is a balcony space that connects the outside and the inside, and through the large folding door on the balcony, you can fully feel the seasonal feeling of Gangneung and the coziness of the neighborhood. Janjan aims to live in harmony with local culture and locality. And the guests who visit here also become the subject of breathing life into the local culture. I hope you enjoy your trip as if you have lived in this neighborhood for a long time.

The birth of 'Golmala' dates back to 1938. The wooden structure, which has endured for 86 years, had many places to touch, as some parts had collapsed. The pillars of the hanok were preserved as much as possible, and the missing parts were replaced to match the past and the present in the wooden structure. All indoor spaces have been carefully designed to visually communicate with the outdoor courtyard. The spacious bathroom space is designed to be the most cozy place in this house. We hope you experience the meeting of the past and the present during your stay at 'Golmala'. We have provided a guide to the history of 'Golmala', nearby restaurants, bars, and cafe information. It was officially opened as a Hanok experience accommodation business at the end of January 2023.

A wonderful Gangneung golden pine tree surrounds the house, and you can feel the view of the pine tree from the loft bedroom There is a trail from the front of the house to the street of coffee, so you can enjoy a walk to the sea for about 20 minutes ~ ^ ^ Anmok Beach to the left and Namhangjin Beach to the right, so you can feel the two beaches with different atmosphere ~ I built the house of my dreams close to the sea. For guests who come, I want to be a place where people who travel to Gangneung can heal as much as they want with this unique space with my own atmosphere ~ ^ ^

'Grape Peak', a space where you can feel the warmth of the sunshine This space was created by my husband, an interior designer, to the best of his ability. When you enter the entrance, it is a small space where two green vines greet you. How about enjoying a cinematic break in a house with a small garden!!
