Private Beach House in Las Conchas

Our treasured family on-the-beach house was designed by my grandfather and built 65 years ago. It has since then been remodeled and upgraded frequently. Highlights include two large beautiful domed ceilings giving the primary rooms unique acoustics and amazing above-head space, an expansive stargazing deck, a luxurious master room, and beautiful themed tiling throughout. Update 06/ 2022: We take guest feedback seriously! We recently have added new blinds, a new gas grill, and satellite TV.

Spend the day on the beach, then unwind and watch the sunset from the large patio with lounge chairs, firepit and BBQ grill. The home is perfect for entertaining with a shuffleboard and foosball tables, two 50" smart TV's and a fully stocked kitchen.

Casa Rio

Casa Rio is located on the south bank of the river in the Oasis Rio Baja midway between the sea and the town. The bedrooms each have a queen with a eurofoam topper and a single. There is a lovely patio where you can enjoy a drink while watching the fish jump in the river. The wifi is fast. The Oasis Rio Baja is primarily a retirement community of elderly people. We want you to have a good time but please do not make excessive noise particularly in the evenings.

NEW beach house. House located on the main Blvd of Bahia Kino, Son. Facing the beach and 100 km from the airport and city of Hermosillo. 4 hours from the border with Nogales, Arizona. We have another property with the same features located in the same place called Villa Marina, also available on Airbnb. The dates of Holy Week and Easter Week are rented for a minimum of 6 nights.
