House in Las Veraneras Beach Club, with beach club access for 8 people. Soccer field, basketball court, and tennis courts 15 meters from the house. Safe, private area with 24-hour surveillance. Includes housekeeping service provided by trusted staff. Cleaning every 2 days due to COVID-19 protocol, or on the day of check-in and check-out for short-term rentals. It is located across from the country club, so parking is not an issue. There is an Oasis that uses glass water bottles for drinking.

We also have an outdoor grill area. NO pets are allowed without permission. NO more than 8 guests permitted without permission. This is NOT a luxury rental.
