Newly built, spectacular oceanfront beach house. This property has a main house with three bedrooms with their own bathroom and air conditioning in each room. The social area has a bathroom, main dining room, breakfast bar, and bar. All this just a few steps away from a refreshing filtered pool. The gardens are grassy and their spectacular green contrasts with the blue of the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, and all the utensils.

House in Las Veraneras beach club, with beach club access for 8 people. Soccer field, BKB and tennis 15 meters from the house. A safe, private area with 24-hour surveillance. Includes house cleaning service by trusted staff. Cleaning every 2 days due to Covid protocol, or on the day of arrival and departure for short rentals. It is located in front of the country club, so parking is not a problem. There is an Oasis that uses glass water bottles for consumption.

Relaxation and Sun

Cozy cabin inside the Las Veraneras Condominium, with a small private pool on the premises. The cabin has a large green area with hammocks and a small barbecue. The place is ideal for a family or a group of friends. Please note that I no longer offer access to the large pool beach club or restaurant. Beach access is private, with prior identification. It is two blocks away, and you can take your drinks there. Thank you.
