This 1-bedroom apartment is located on the first floor in Viljandi Old Town, 5 minutes' walk from Lake Viljandi. The nearest shop is 400 meters away. Viljandi Castle Ruins are a 10-minute walk away. There are 4 apartments in the house and you have to take the neighbors into account. Behind the house there is a garden, a barbecue corner and a rest corner that is shared. The apartment can accommodate 2 guests. Parking is not possible in the yard, the nearest option is “Mäe” street (150m from the house) or Viljandi Lake parking lot (250m). The apartment is located on the street.

This house is the perfect escape from routine and focusing to people, but if you need, the house is equipped with every modern convenience including WiFi and TV (Telia and Netflix). Rooms are warm and the floors are heated, so you don`t have to worry about cold feet in winter. You are welcome to take a bubble bath in cozy outdoor hot tub.

Kick back and relax in this calm, recently finished (August 2022) cozy Saunahouse with an outdoor patio and eating area near Lake Viljandi. Saunahouse is located in a private yard and is perfect for 2 people, though an extra is possible. As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.

It offers a unique stay for couples and families who value privacy and want to have microhouse experience. House has almost like a little spa inside with a generous hot tub. Also private patio makes available to enjoy your morning coffee outside. There is also private parking inside the yard.

Small guest house in our garden that suits well for couples and smaller families. We can host up to 3 people. The house is situated in a quiet area and is within walking distance from the beach and the city center. Visitors have free parking and are also able to use our garden. The city center is located 1,5 km away and the start of the beach is 800 m away. Wood for the sauna will be provided by us. You will be welcomed by our 2 Corgis and 2 cats!

Closeby is also Audru Polder - a former wetland, under Natura 2000 protection as the largest stopover point for birds traveling from south to north and back. Very quiet and very magical place.
