Place is exactly as described. Glad we asked about the heated pool and got it heated during our stay. June was still chilly at night and would have made the pool too cold to swim in for mots of the day without heating. Place was clean and exactly as described.

The decor was delightful! Very well outfitted with everything you need.beds super comfy. Really good size. We had more than enough room. I appreciate that Crystal saw no issue with my service dog joining us. I was a bit disappointed that you had to be on the balcony to see the beach. There was a complex in the front blocking most of the view from indoors. I also had issue with parking. The garage was only for small cars and the street parking was inconsistent and required several steps. My handicapped daughter found it a bit difficult. The area was not easily walked being on a very very steep hill. I wish there were more info in the description. All in all, it was a gorgeous place and really clean, highly recommend for non handicapped folks.

The house was great for our family stay. Lots of space, all on one level, and beautiful outdoor space. We travelled with our kids and they had a great time in the pool :) Note there is extra cost if you want the pool to be heated. Thanks for a great stay!

Sara's home was lovely and comfortable. Her gardens on the side of the house and outside a bedroom in front, were tranquil, colorful, magical places. I daydreamed about how she must have planted in stages over the years, planning blooms for the different seasons and assisted by her obvious green thumb. The kitchen was well equipped, and the home had everything we needed. Sara was very welcoming, leaving us a beautiful flower arrangement, and a water bowl and squeaking and crinkling toy for our dogs.

we loved staying here! everything was in excellent condition and looked exactly like the photos, plus you can’t beat the location! the beach was right across the street and walking distance to coffee, shops, food, etc. evan was super responsive and gave very clear, easy to follow instructions for check-in and check-out. highly recommend for your next beach trip!! ☀️

We really enjoyed our time at Rezan's place! It allowed us to experience peaceful holidays in a stunning environment rich in nature. Rezan and her sister, Nazan, were really friendly and always ready to help whenever we needed support. Kimberly is an amazing host, very organized and easy to reach and communicate. The house is spacious and airy, in a walking distance from the beach and Downtown. It is equipped with everything you might need and more. We had a wonderful time and we hope to come back again soon!

Our stay in Aptos was very relaxing. It took about 20 minutes to get to and from downtown Santa Cruz via the freeway. We had 5 people in our group and really appreciated that the property was pet friendly. Communication with the host was excellent throughout. There is a cleaning checklist for checkout, but it wasn’t an issue. The home is two stories, with the bedrooms and a shared bathroom located downstairs, and the kitchen upstairs. It’s conveniently located near a Chase bank, Rite Aid, Safeway, and Peet’s Coffee. The neighborhood itself is very quiet. Overall, we had a great stay.

Evan's place provides the best views of the ocean and is located close to multiple beach waves points. The electric bikes made for great fun, as we rode all over town. It was a great place, for a great price. A true million dollar view, especially from the decks. Highly recommend to people of all ages.

Location was perfect for walking to the beach and the pier. The river walk to downtown restaurants was close by too. Once we parked our car we never used till it was time to leave. This was great because parking is difficult being so close to the beach. This place is very private and felt safe.

I was so blown away by this beautiful property. The house is located in the middle of tall redwood trees and has a very expensive feel. There are several decks in the big driveway and lots of space to go hiking and walking and let your dogs run around the house itself is lovelyand cozy. Very clean nicely decorated. I would go back again and again.

We loved our time here and wished we could have stayed longer. The location is so serene and peaceful, but just a short (beautiful!) walk to all of the action. The house is well stocked with everything you could need. Terri is a great communicator. We would highly recommend and hope to return!

Súper cute and comfortable spot! The location was out of this world right by the river walk to town which is less than 5 minute walk. Fully stocked kitchen and super comfy beds! I would stay at Blue Gum again for sure!

Had a great stay at this home. Walkable to Capitola Village and a short drive to Santa Cruz. Loved that there was a Trader Joe’s nearby. Enjoyed making meals with family as eating out is so expensive. Bright sunny rooms and very comfortable home. Would definitely stay there again! Thank you Cara for an enjoyable stay.

We were impressed by how clean the house was. It was a great location to walk to some restaurants and the coast. We parked one van street side and one van in the driveway as it was really tight to get out of the car on one area of the drive. There were chairs, bikes, and beach towels available. We didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub or fire pit. Wish we had more time there. We had one issue but Veronica was quick to reply and resolve it. We would stay again!

Allysons farm house makes you feel right at home the moment you walk in. We had a group of friends together for an event and everyone could not get over how amazing the property was. Allyson provided great communication for our stay, and could not have asked for a better weekend. Thank you Allyson!

I feel so lucky to have been able to spend 2 nights in this awesome cottage!!! It was my second time in Capitola and I didn’t really understand what Lawn Way was when I booked it. I was so excited when I realized that we would be staying one of these cute colorful historical cottages! Cottage was so clean, comfortable and described exactly. I loved learning about the family history of this cottage... Makes me feel so lucky to have been able to stay here. Bed was super comfy. Super cute inside. Location is unbeatable. The lawn was plush and so nice to lounge on. Perfect!
