Underbar stuga i fantastisk natur vid sjön Halen

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. Med naturen som granne och sjön utanför dörren är det bara att slappna av. Njut av fiske, vandring, paddling, bad och allt annat naturen har att erbjuda. Stugan ligger helt själv på en udde. Det finns ett sovrum och en bäddsoffa . El finns och alla bekvämligheter som fullutrustat kök, kyl, frys , spis och tidsenlig inredning . Inget rinnande vatten utan vatten har man på dunk. Avlopp finns i köket. Det finns förbränningstoalett men ingen dusch.

Köket har ett vikparti, som går att dra helt åt sidan, stor öppning ut till altanen. Plan 1 - kök, tv rum, badrum. Plan 2 -Vardagsrum med öppen spis, balkong, 3 sovrum. Wifi, apple tv.

Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende vid sjön Svanshals. Sjöutsikt från vardagsrum/kök samt uterum. Kamin. Stugan är nybyggd och färdigställdes årsskiftet 2022/2023. Egen tillgång till Svanshalssjön. Fiskemöjlighet på tomten. Bada går men badskor rekommenderas (tills vi byggt brygga). I övrigt finns det i närheten väldigt fin natur som korsas av Skåneleden. På cykel och bilavstånd ligger Osby där det finns både matbutiker, restauranger och andra aktiviteterna.

Mitt ställe ligger precis vid stranden mitt i naturen. Nära Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter flygplats, Göteborg, Borås. Du kommer att älska mitt ställe på grund av det sjönära och naturnära läget. Mitt boende passar par, ensamäventyrare, affärsresenärer och familjer (med barn).Stugan är på ca 30 kvadratmeter och tillhörande bastustuga med dusch, wc och tvätt är på ca 15 kvadratmeter. Sjöstugan- vår pärla precis vid sjökanten! Eget hus med sovloft, kök, vackert stort rum med braskamin och utsikt över sjön. Vedeldad bastu med dopp i sjön precis intill. Spabad på bryggan- alltid varmt. Badbrygga 5 meter utanför dörren. Tillgång till båt. Om ni vill köpa fiskekort, kontakta värd. Ved till baskamin och bastu ingår. Gården är inhägnad hela vägen till sjön och vår Beagel hund Vide är ofta lös ute. Han är snäll. Lakan, handdukar och städning ingår.

Stugan ligger vid en sjö med egen brygga och vedeldad bastu (ved ingår) samt en grillplats för att njuta av utomhusmåltider. Stugan har uteplats på framsidan, en stor balkong och en altan där man kan umgås, äta och sola. Belägen cirka 15 minuter från Isaberg Mountain Resort.
