Great for randonee, alpine and cross-country skiing. Walking distance to the city center. Oppdal is the place to be for all activities, and the cabin has an excellent patio with a fire pit and good sun conditions.

This is the old post office in Oksvoll, built in 1930. The house is completely renovated, but it has been chosen to keep the cozy and old-fashioned style. Spacious garden with a nice and flat area in front of the house for volleyball, badminton etc. The property is well sheltered from the weather and wind inside Oksvollbukta, 50 meters from the marina and the shore. Oksvoll is a good starting point for fishing, boating, water sports and diving, as well as relaxation in the hammock. It is also possible to rent a boat. Øien 620 21ft with 60hp Suzuki.

For a responsible family or more, we would like to offer a great stay at a cabin at Kongensvollen Marina. The cabin is a 1.5-hour drive from Trondheim. Here you can sit undisturbed on the porch and have panoramic views over Trondheimsleia with Hitra, Leksa and Storfosna in the background. The cabin also has a sauna, bathroom and shower. It is arranged for packing and freezing fish. Short distance to the lake 80m. Boat Linder Sportsmann 400 can be rented by appointment. No smoking is allowed indoors. Pets must be clarified.

Cozy cabin on beach plot with fantastic location, just a few meters from the sea! Here you can enjoy a delicious meal with great views over Namsenfjorden. You will have the entire cottage to yourself. Pets are allowed. The cabin is located approx. 30m from free parking space. Namsos city center is only a 5-minute drive away. In the bedroom there is a double bed, while the attic room is furnished with floor mattresses. Travel bed for children (up to 15 kg) is available in the cabin. Steep stairs up to the bedroom.

Mountain Lodge Sylarna - 4 pers.

Sylarna is one of our new stugas, named after mountain Sylarna (1762 m high). This 4-person mountain lodge was built in 2020 in traditional style with fantastic views over lake Malmagen and the fjälls. The lodge has a living room with kitchen, bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. On the second floor is the bedroom with a double bed and two single beds. The lodge has its own terrace and balcony. You can park your car at our parking lot. We also have a sauna (bookable by the hour)!

Great hiking terrain both summer and winter. Short distance to mountains and fishing waters. Popular hiking destinations from the cabin are Fossfjellet, Kneppfjellet, Gråfjellet and Omnsfjellet. Electricity and well water. About 70 min from Trondheim (Bus stop just by the exit to the cabin). In summer time 200 meters walk on boards/trail from parking. In winter it is about 1.1 kilometers on skis/snowshoes. TV subscription with Premier League and Champions League.
