This property is the best holiday house I have ever been into in Australia. Top notched, meticulous design, warm and high end house.

John’s home was exactly as described, comfortable, beautifully appointed, spotless and an easy walk into town. We would definitely re-book for our next trip to Sorrento. Highly recommended.

Richard and Annette's property is always amazing! This is the second time we've stayed at Spray Point Cottage and its been perfect. Richard and Annette communicate so easily and quickly, their home is pristine. We can't recommend Spray Point Cottage enough!

This unit has everything you need, is in walking distance to Portsea and is dog friendly. We found David very responsive and flexible, allowing a later check out. The unit was exceptionally clean which we really appreciated and whilst the kitchen is small, is well equipped to prepare meals. Very relaxed stay and fully fenced for the dog, we would highly recommend the place.

The house was well located, clean and had everything you could possibly need for a perfect girls weekend away! Cosy nights by the fire and a short walk to the beach to watch the sunset were definitely highlights. Marta was easy to get in contact with and has all the little details thought out. Thanks Marta - We will definitely be back!

Lovely interior as per photos. Nicely furnished and in a quiet street. Be mindful there are stairs and not much space to leave luggage at bottom of stairs

Swan Bay views was the perfect accommodation for our needs as a couple with a dog. It had everything we needed from a large secure backyard for the dog to a warm and cosy one bedroom apartment with high quality king size bed, fully equipped kitchen and laundry. We appreciated the extra touches on arrival with the lovely sourdough bread, lemon cake and home made jams, prewarmed rooms, instructions and local recommendations. It was a nice blend of B&B and AirBnB with the lovely provisions and well stocked kitchen and owners onsight but out of site. The location was a short walk to main street and a nice and quiet location with beautiful views of Swan bay to greet you each morning.

A well-decorated, spacious, and spotless place with lots to do (both inside and outside of the accommodation). Unfortunately it was a very short stay but that just means we will have to come back another time!

The appartment is in a good location with nice glimpts of the bay, that is very close. Modern furnishings and good loungeroom with a nice balcony.

Great location close to Hot Springs and a short drive to restaurants and cafes . Great value for money with a lovely view over the tree tops from the balcony ! Bed was super comfortable, shower was hot and the bath robes provided for the Hot Springs were a very thoughtful idea . We would definitely stay again !

Met my needs perfectly for three nights. Well stocked with no stinginess regarding resources and amenity. Every need catered for. I was very grateful for the large umbrella provided. Extremely comfortable and quiet. A 20 minute walk into town.

Cute place, it was nestled amongst the tree tops and felt very secluded, yet was 5 mins drive from shops, cafes and the springs. We had a fabulous get away!

I highly recommend this place for its style, location, and the host's responsiveness. The living area is enormous, beautifully styled, and it feeds to a spacious balcony. Despite it sitting above a cafe it's very peaceful and quiet. The location was perfect.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was clean and well-maintained, with a nice balcony to relax on. It was conveniently located just 10 minutes from the Phillip Island Circuit, and close to the beach where I spent an enjoyable day. There were plenty of nice restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and it was also close to the bus station for trips to Melbourne. The host was understanding and kind, making my stay even better.

Lovely spot in Seaford. Back of the building complex so very quiet and peaceful. No noise from other residents. Easy walk to the shops of Seaford, either along the beach or along the creek. We did have issues with access through the front door which Sid tried to help with. We ended up just using the key to the back door for coming and going. Great space for a couple, 2 couples or a small family. Maybe a carton of milk for guests would be a nice touch of welcome.

The place was comfortable and cosy, easy to find and conveniently located. Karen was friendly and responsive, overall it is a lovely condo for anyone looking to stay in Mt Eliza for a few days.

Wonderful place to stay, with easy drive to great restaurants and nice walk to the beach. The outside blockout blinds make for secure, ensconced feeling. Great for maintaining a dark sleeping environment with less road noise. My partner and I loved our stay, and found the apartment easily provided a relaxing environment to unwind in.
