Disponibilizamos aos hóspedes 2 quartos com cama de casal e ar condicionado, bem como uma cozinha totalmente equipada, e uma sala com televisão, Wi-Fi e ar condicionado. Os hóspedes podem ainda usufruir de uma varanda para tomar as suas refeições ou relaxar. Este cantinho especial e acolhedor foi edificado inicialmente a 1930, pela avó Rosa e pelo avô Francisco. Atualmente reformulado e atualizado, procurámos manter os valores e as pedras estruturais que tanto suportaram esta casa e as gerações que aqui viveram ao longo dos anos. Ter este tesouro geracional não faz sentido para nós sem a possibilidade de partilha. Sejam muito bem-vindos ao cantinho da nossa avó Rosa!

It is a renovated stone house located above the village fountain, popular in the surrounding area for its pure water. Novelães is a very quiet village just 5 km from the foot of Serra da Estrela between Gouveia and Seia. The house has a large space with 3 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Guests can enjoy silence and peace, walk through the woods and visit the surrounding natural attractions.

Quinta das Sesmarias

Quinta das Sesmarias is located on the urban outskirts of Vila de Alcains, a 3.5-hectare property that maintains the rural characteristics of the early 20th century. The first construction dates back to 1928 and was recovered in 2002 in the form of a villa. Visitors' rest and well-being are ensured by a peaceful environment in contact with nature.
