The balcony overlooks the Firth of Clyde and the Holy Isle, and the tranquil view includes swans gliding across the water, oyster catchers on the shore and otters in the sea. Large, first floor, 2 bedroom flat, 200 yards from the seafront in a quiet residential area of Troon. With views over the sea from the master bedroom. It has a unique feel to it with many original features. It is a 10 minute walk to the centre of Troon with many shops, restaurants, cafes and bars and a 5 minute walk from the Ferry and Marina area with a restaurant to enjoy the view. The many golf courses are a 15-20 minutes walk and beautiful sunsets can be seen overlooking the island of Arran.

There is a public car park just a 2 min walk away while we do not mind dogs there is no garden or green space space but the beach is just a 5 minute walk away
