Quiet location, privacy and comfort – the perfect place for relaxation and celebrations. There are 6 fixed beds available in the house. However, the number of persons is not limited. It is not a problem to arrange your own sleeping, for example, on the ground or in a tent.

The house blends in with nature, surrounded by willows and a picturesque pond. For an unforgettable experience of your stay, there is a newly added sauna, including a cooling tub (sauna including wood for heating is available on site for an additional fee) If you are also interested in a trip, we recommend the castle in Lipnice with nearby crystal clear quarries for swimming. Or the Orlík lookout tower near Humpolec, both within 20km.

Villa Dvorečná

Have fun with the whole family or a group of friends at this stylish place. The building offers comfortable accommodation for up to 17 people. Villa Dvorečná is located on the outskirts of the village of Dvorečná, about five minutes by car from the ski slope in Lipno nad Vltavou. The building is three-storey with two terraces, a grill, a fireplace, a covered outdoor pool with a counter-current and an indoor wellness with a sauna and a hot tub. We rent the whole building. If you are traveling with small children, it is possible to rent a crib, high chair or bathtub.

Romantic accommodation by the stream - peace, nature, harmony.... Experience an extraordinary stay in a cozy caravan in nature, just a few steps from the bubbling stream. An ideal place for couples, loners or anyone who wants to relax from the hustle and bustle of the city. Inside you will find a cozy interior with comfortable sleeping, views of the countryside and a small kitchenette for preparing simple meals. Outside you can enjoy sitting by the fire, listening to birds singing or just soaking your feet in the pure stream water.

Chalet Simterka

Chata Šimterka has been completely renovated and modernized. There is a swimming pool right next to the cottage, and in the lower part of the complex there is a great Finnish sauna. The Otava River is about 100 m from the cottage. On the ground floor of the cottage, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living area with a sofa bed (2 beds) and a bathroom with a toilet and a shower. On the first floor there is a bedroom with 4 beds (1 double bed, 2 single beds). The cottage has two beautiful terraces.

Accommodation for 2 adults and 1 child in a 39 m2 studio with a pleasant atmosphere on the Kovářský peninsula, with relaxation facilities. In the summer, you can enjoy evenings at sunset on the terrace overlooking the Šumava nature and the lake. Swimming within 5 minutes' walk, paddleboard available. Great accessibility to all sports activities - cycling on trails and inline skating, water sports, adrenaline sports, hiking, skiing in the Lipno nad Vltavou ski resort, Hochficht, Frymburk ski park.

Beautiful nature, lakes, forests and fields where you may walk, ride a bike, make jogging and swim or go fishing into a river! A historical city Tabor is just 11 km. There are beautiful castles like Cervena Lhota 22 minutes, Hluboka Castle 40 minutes by car or one hour to Cesky Krumlov, the most romantic city in Czech Republic.

Vacation home

Holiday cottage from the 18th century, completely renovated in 2018. Our guests have at their disposal an entire separate cottage with a living room with kitchen, separate toilet and bathroom on the ground floor, along with a Finnish sauna made of lime wood and two bedrooms in the attic, one bedroom for 3 adults and a larger bedroom for 4 adults (or two adults and three children). All in Šumavské Podlesí. You can use the garden and seating with a grill. Guests have full privacy.
