Jacuzzi, wine to welcome. The cottage is close to a private beach for settlers. The cottage consists of a kitchen with an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, a fridge. There is a living room with a double bed, a seating area, a fireplace, a TV. Another room is a bedroom with 2 beds. There is a toilet and a bathroom - shower. The heating is in the bathroom floor. Elsewhere with air conditioning, a romantic fireplace in the living room to fine-tune the atmosphere. Fire pit, gas grill. Outdoor jacuzzi. It is not possible to have celebrations and parties.

Chata Simterka

Chata Šimterka has been completely renovated and modernized. There is a swimming pool right next to the cottage, and in the lower part of the complex there is a great Finnish sauna. The Otava River is about 100 m from the cottage. On the ground floor of the cottage, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living area with a sofa bed (2 beds) and a bathroom with a toilet and a shower. On the first floor there is a bedroom with 4 beds (1 double bed, 2 single beds). The cottage has two beautiful terraces.

Beautiful nature, lakes, forests and fields where you may walk, ride a bike, make jogging and swim or go fishing into a river! A historical city Tabor is just 11 km. There are beautiful castles like Cervena Lhota 22 minutes, Hluboka Castle 40 minutes by car or one hour to Cesky Krumlov, the most romantic city in Czech Republic.

Vacation home

Holiday cottage from the 18th century, completely renovated in 2018. Our guests have at their disposal an entire separate cottage with a living room with kitchen, separate toilet and bathroom on the ground floor, along with a Finnish sauna made of lime wood and two bedrooms in the attic, one bedroom for 3 adults and a larger bedroom for 4 adults (or two adults and three children). All in Šumavské Podlesí. You can use the garden and seating with a grill. Guests have full privacy.

Everything is completely secluded, in the peace and quiet of the Šumava foothills.

Vhodné místo na dovolenou pro rodinu, kde děti nebudou mít nouzi o zábavu, ale i pro páry, které si chtějí užít sami sebe, sport, romantiku anebo jen relaxovat a poslouchat zvuky přírody. Nově máme také finskou saunu (za doplatek) s výhledem do magické zahrady :-)

Nádherná krajina v okolí pod maringotkou se přezdívá "Pod rybníčky". V těsné blízkosti uvidíte pole, rozlehlé louky a lesy. Velká dominanta krajiny jsou kamenné stěny z nedalekého lomu, který určitě stojí za návštěvu. Západně od maringotky se nachází prostor starého zemědělského družstva, které má nádech tajuplna.

Večer doporučujeme romanticky pozorovat při grilování na rybníku radky, kachny, labutě a možná i ledňáčky... .-)

This quiet newly built modern duplex apartment is conceived as 1+kk. The space is airy and nicely modern. There is a lounge and dining seating in the living room. The kitchenette is fully equipped. In the sleeping area located on the open floor under the roof, accessible by a wooden staircase, there is a double bed and a twin bunk bed. The apartment has a direct entrance to the terrace, which offers a beautiful view of the castle Hluboká nad Vltavou.
