Apartment holiday rentals in South Carlsbad State Beach

This place is fantastic! Super clean and organized. When I walked in, I was really shocked. I loved all the small quirky things like the multi-charger next to the bed, all the great kitchen utensils, even a blender (that's weird I know but not all have these things). The towels smelled great! ha. I loved the back porch and the vibe with the lights. For any whole food junkies like me, I was able to get an order delivered easily. Uber was super easy to pick up and drop off... again, so many positive things about this place. You'd be foolish to stay at a hotel with a place and a host like this one! Loved this place.

We had an amazing stay. The location, space and amenities were perfect. However, it was the extra things for me: plenty of extra towels, clean linen and extra pillows. Yes! We didn’t get to use beach equipment but having the chairs and towels was an added bonus as well!

We absolutely loved this house and were stunned by the incredible view from the balcony. On the day we arrived, we witnessed the most amazing sunset — a truly unforgettable welcome. It’s the perfect spot for surfers, with the ocean just steps from the door. We also enjoyed using the bikes provided in the garage to ride into Encinitas, where we had great coffee and breakfast at the charming little local shops. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, and the bedroom was very comfortable — we slept really well. We’d definitely love to come back again!

Marla did a great job with her place! It was extremely clean and very well decorated. The grounds of the resort were beautiful, and the underground parking was really convenient. The pool was very clean, and if you like to play tennis or pickle ball, the courts are literally right outside of the unit. The beach chairs were also a great touch when we went to the ocean! There is also plenty of shopping and food choices very close.

This was the second time we stayed in this condo and again the communication with Cindy was excellent. The condo has all of the comforts of home and has the perfect layout for our week stay. The location is great and within minutes there is access to stores and restaurants.

The beach was literally within steps! We were looking forward to having a relaxing trip - which we did. I loved that beach chairs and coolers were provided had we needed them. Assigned parking made me feel safe.

I've stayed here before on a few occasions, and I can honestly say that it's my favorite place to stay in San Diego county. The apartment is quiet, clean, and nicely decorated. Everything I need is here from washer/dryer; coffee pot(s); kettle and a full kitchen. The bed is very comfortable. I can get work done here, but it's also a great place for unwinding and relaxing. I enjoy watching the tennis games just outside from the porch. The building as a whole is kept very clean and the apartment itself is spotless. Check-in was easy, too, with all the pertinent information being sent ahead of time. When I come to San Diego for work, I always check to see if this apartment is available. It's my first choice.

Perfect location right on mission beach, and we loved the close vicinity to our favorite restaurants! It also came with sand toys & amenities for our toddler which was a huge plus. Only thing that could have made the stay any better is a broom to use, as the sand does start to accumulate after many days at the beach. Overall though, 10/10!

We had an awesome time here! We loved the location right by the beach as well as being within walking distance from lots of activities, shopping and restaurants in Ocean Beach. We also loved being just a short car ride away from downtown San Diego. Everything was as advertised in the listing and we had no complaints or issues.

This was the second time that my family stayed at this AirBnB, and we absolutely love the condo's proximity to the beach. The condo itself is clean with all the basic essentials that you need... boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, and cooking supplies. Both of the times that we've stayed here the condo has been very quiet; we've never heard noise from neighbors. The condo community has several pools, hot tubs, and a tennis court plus the spectacular clubhouse with panoramic ocean views. There are lots of little coffee shops and places to walk to near the condo community and it's very family friendly. The mattresses and pillows are dated, but aside from that this condo is truly a gem.

Ricardo’s place was fantastic! A great spot for a couples getaway. The place felt very safe and clean. The outdoor area was a unique aspect that was very fun to use.

Great location, close walk to the beach. Our family of 4 enjoyed using the boogie boards, beach chairs and bikes that were available to us. Coffee shops and breweries were close by. Warrens place was perfect for our little getaway. Would highly recommend!

This is our third year staying at Diana’s condo, and we couldn’t be happier. The location is perfect, the condo itself is beautifully maintained, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. One of the highlights for us is the stunning view from the balcony. Diana is a fantastic host, always easy to contact and quick to respond to any questions.

Imran was very communitive and always responded very promptly. His home was beautifully remodeled and there was plenty of room for my family if 4. It was just steps away from the beach and 10 minutes walking distance to the harbor and restaurants. We will definitely be back to enjoy this beautiful vacation spot!

We love the location and amenities at Paul’s place. Very quiet unit and lovely balcony overlooking the beautiful surroundings. A new hot tub opened by the pool during our stay which was wonderful!

Ms.Sandy provided a very welcoming AirBnB rental to relax and decompress in. From her initial inactions, she was extremely helpful with detailed instructions and helpful suggestions. As a bonus, the HOA also offered recommendations on places locally to dine at and entertainment. It’s the combination of these two that make for an enjoyable experience. Ms. Sandy’s place is clean and features 2 smart tvs for your entertainment pleasure. Just remember to log out of your streaming service before checking out. If you need a bit of fresh air, the beach is close by, along with the harbor with eateries and entertainment. Or just walk around the compound and enjoy the various water features and koi pond. For you golfers, bring your putter and enjoy the putting green. There’s also a swimming pool and gym, however the beach is just minutes away. You can definitely put your trust in Ms. Sandy for a very enjoyable experience.

I cannot say enough about Leslie and Kaylie. Absolutely everything was perfect. Every I was dotted and t was crossed. Communication with them was amazing. The home was beautiful. The location perfect. The food in the area was fabulous. If they will have me back I am totally in! Thank you Leslie and Kaylie for an amazing stay your kindness and your hospitality! Semper Fi!
