Welcome to our private studio, suitable as a work space or a vacation get-away. Guests have full use of the Pool, Hot Tub and BBQ in the backyard, which is a shared space with us. The studio is part of the house, but not shared, and has a private entrance and private patio area. Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance, the beach and popular downtown area are a 5 minute drive. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). We are close to many amenities such as Legoland, SD Animal Park, Wave Waterpark, beaches and much more. We are within walking distance to shopping and a few restaurants as well. Our community features a large swimming pool, spa, fire pits, BBQ areas, putting green, gym, community room with large screen TV and many walking trails that go through out the Shadowridge area.
