Guest house, pool and air conditioning in all 4 bedrooms

The guest house (house annex) will be rented, featuring a large swimming pool (7 X 4), 4 bedrooms (2 en-suites). There is another house on the property, but it is isolated by a wall (I live in the other house, but I am available to assist). The rented space offers privacy, with a 2-car garage, Wi-Fi, 5 smart TVs, and all bedrooms have air-conditioning. The living room is integrated with the kitchen and barbecue area. The house is located in the third block of Peruíbe Beach (approx. 600 meters from the beach). Keep the sound at low volume (AMBIENT), we do not allow excesses.

A magical place in an untouched Atlantic Forest reserve to relax and connect with nature - close to São Paulo - private waterfall, pool by the stream and forest views. Safe house with a balcony where you will sleep listening to the tinkling of the waters and wake up refreshed. The caretakers live on the farm in another house some distance away. Flexible checkout if there are no guests the next day ;) - we have a micro chalet for couples on the waterfall trail that is totally private and far from the house.

Casa do Sonho is just 100 meters from one of the most beautiful beaches on the South Coast (Cibratel I). 200 meters from shops and conveniences, 1 km from Praia do Sonho and 1.5 km from the historic city center. Located on a very safe and quiet avenue (with free parking with 24-hour surveillance), it has a different layout and decor, with a private pool, barbecue and pizza oven. It is furnished and equipped with all amenities to provide comfort and practicality for up to 6 people.

The Master Loft, here at Mangata Loft, offers a bathtub to relax in comfort and style, just 1 km from Praia do Centro. Modern and stylish space with a queen-size bed, custom furniture, private bathroom, air conditioning, 43'' TV with streaming and super-fast Wi-Fi. Bed and bath linens are provided. The kitchen is complete, equipped with a minibar or refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, sandwich maker and utensils. Safe, quiet location close to markets and bakeries.

Casa da Sereia (entire space) is just steps from the beach, so close you can hear the sound of the sea from the bed. Quiet neighborhood, close to shops. Your pet is super welcome! The Adobe Suite was built around a natural stone and compacted bagged earth walls. It offers unparalleled comfort, with a bed built on a glass platform over the stone. There is a hot tub with panoramic views of the property's natural surroundings. It has a kitchen equipped with many utensils and appliances. In the living room, a charming ecological fireplace is set in the stone. Outside, we have a garden fireplace, with wooden chairs and lights to enjoy nature.

Access is via the Regis Bittencourt highway, in the Palmeirinha neighborhood. There is a short stretch of dirt road (1.9 km), but an ordinary car is sufficient, even in rainy periods.
