Exclusive use of a private 3-acre glamping site with a fully equipped party barn which has a large kitchen, shower room, and spacious indoor dining/lounge and bar area. Each Emperor tent sleeps 4 made up of a double and 2 singles (8 in total) and from September the tents have stoves fitted to keep you warm at night. There is also the option to bring one additional tent for 4 people. Outdoors, enjoy croquet, rounders, badminton, netball, and boules. There is a fire pit and BBQ. Dogs very welcome

The Big Top

A cavernous 7 meter bell tent in a wild, rural and rustic setting with private fire pit and outdoor seating. The Big Top has access to a shared outdoor kitchenette with additional seating and is exclusively for glampers. Glamping in style with home comforts Bell Tent

Enjoy nature in this romantic setting in either our bell tent or emperor tent with lots of home comforts. There's fresh water on tap and homemade compost toilets. Get to meet our goats and chickens. We're far enough into the countryside to unwind and quietly observe the deer and wild birds, but close enough to Crawley to not feel too isolated. Gatwick is a short distance away if you want to stay just before or after a holiday, eliminating the worry of traffic and rushing to/from the airport.

LandPod

Come and stay in our LandPod on Sindles Farm. Sleeping 2 adults & up to 2 children on a super comfortable double bed and quirky bunk bed. It’s a picnic, sleepover, wild adventure kinda pod. Flip open the waterproof cover to bring all the open air fun of a convertible car to a pop up glamping experience. Mattresses provided, guests must bring bedding, cooking equipment, plates, everything you require. Picnic bench and communal fire pit available. Get in touch if you have any questions.

Wake up to a view over the Brede Valley, stretching out from your own private Safari Tent? Barefoot Safari Tent is beautifully decorated, off-grid and hidden away. A unique and peaceful experience for a romantic getaway. A comfortable, countryside retreat with a self-catered kitchen and even your own bath and outdoor shower. A log burner and plenty of logs to keep you warm. We also have Barefoot Yurts which accommodates 6 guests where you are able to combine bookings for a larger party

Flying tent in rewilded Wealden woodland

Watch the light filter through the branches above your hammock, feel the stream flow cool over dangled toes, hear the steam trains puff down the line, smell the marshmallows toasting over the firepit, clamber into your flying hammock tent among the trees and doze off to the hoot of owls. This is a unique space, ideal for the wilder human. You’ll be climbing into the waist-high tent, with a step to assist you. Heat water on the wood oven for your ‘bower’ shower.

Lovely private area, cosy bell tent with all the luxuries. Plenty of outdoor seating, suitable for outdoor dining and relaxing in the tranquil environment. Toilet and washing facilities (no shower/hot water) onsite. We do not have electric on site. Please note the price for 2 adults is if only the double bed is required. If an additional bed is required this will be at the cost of £15 per night (a payment request will be sent once beds required is confirmed).

Come and stay on our picturesque farm in West Sussex. Wild swimming, woods, and country walks right on your doorstep. We have hot showers, a cool communal space with electricity (fridges, freezers, kettle etc.) and a swimming pond. We're only an hour from London and 30 minutes from Brighton!

We’ve added a lovely bell tent for those after a simple, stripped-back camping experience—no gear needed. Just turn up and enjoy an evening under the stars with a fire pit, festoon lights, and nature all around. There’s a proper framed bed with a memory foam mattress, so no roughing it here. While there’s no shower, you’ll have your own toilet. A peaceful, hassle-free night under canvas—with just the right touch of comfort.
